I have had a P.O. Box here for years. Also they provide many other necessary services and products. Adrian and Andrew are a real pleasure to work with. They care very much about helping you. Though the parking may be tough, it is worth it for me to stay here.

It so happpens I needed to get a live scan done as soon as possible and I called around to quite a few locations. Piece of advice no one is open at 7 am nor at 8 am. 9am you might get you call picked up by an answering machine but not this location! They answer and we're helpful over the phone to answer my questions before driving there. Yes they do live scans and are doj approved. I arrived and it wasn't busy. The parking lot itself wasn't busy either it's small so I can see it being hectic during busy flow of business. I was in and out in no time. And from the few places that I was able to get a quote from this was the most reasonable in price.

I came to get a LiveScan done for a program I'm applying to. The guy behind the counter (I didn't get his name, but I suppose it's Adrian, the same lovely guy other reviews keep referring to) was fast, courteous, and just excellent to work with all around. Very helpful and got me going in 10 or so minutes. Excellent staffer, excellent service. Will drop by again if I ever need to do so and I'm in the area. Thanks a lot, guys!

I had to send a fax and I am glad that I came here. The service was excellent. The staff are very nice and professional. This store is also very clean and organized. Also, their price for fax service is very affordable compared to other stores in the area. I see that they even make keys. I will definitely return to this store.

I needed passport photos taken. The young guy that took the photos was very nice. He also offered to take more than one photo and let me choose the one which I ultimately purchased. They also do UPS and offer notary service.

I needed to send out the paperwork to renew my passport. I've never had to do that before and I was a little confused. I stopped at postal express and the guy who helped me was so nice. He arranged my paperwork in the way it needed to be sent and He made everything so easy for me that I was in and out of there within 10 minutes. I definitely recommend this business!

Very limited review, as the only reason I was here was to retrieve a UPS package. The parking lot is pretty small and a bit of a nightmare, I'd say. There is what I call an alley-lot right past the shopping center on VanOwen; it's a bit better, but was nearly full when I went (during lunch time, which was my bad!). The great news is that I was in and out very quickly with friendly service. The gentleman behind the counter helped me immediately, checked ID (as he should for this package) and sent me on my way. Can't ask for much more than fast, friendly service. He can't control the parking lot, so no knock against him or his business.

I opened a mailbox a couple of months ago with postal express, and Adrian the owner has provided me with the best experience I could ask for. He is always a quick phone call away and when I come to pick up my mail he is always extremely polite and friendly. Adrian also offers a variety of other services such as notary, passport photos, and live scans. It's good to know someone like him is offering these types of resources to the community.
