Please do not use this platt cleaners.
They will destroy all your clothing. I came back to show him a shirt that they worked on, all l asked was to fix the problem instead the owner decided to yell at me hang up the phone before I got here then calling me a liar and referring to my $300.00 shirt as a cheap shirt.

They are actual professionals. The owner knows what he doing and truly cares about customer service and doing right by his clients. They also know to fold knits without me having to ask every time to prevent them from getting the dents in the shoulders. That shows me they know what they are doing. Glad I found them and they will keep my business:).

Platt Cleaners is EASILY the best dry cleaners in all of the valley! Not only are they clean, efficient, and responsive, the owner, Chaim, is a gem of a person. I have been going to Platt Cleaners for about three years now- can only say it's amazing!! I can assure you that this establishment is amazing overall! I dropped off my black shirt and stated not to wash it, that it is dry clean only as it will shrink and fade. It was ruined when I picked it up and they would not refund me.DO NOT GO HERE! THEY WASH YOUR CLOTHES AND PRETEND IT'S DRY CLEANING!!!

Great service, reasonable price. The owner is wonderful and takes a great pride in his work. Had a conversation with him the other day and he was explaining to me how based on a fabric, they have to give a certain care to the clothing. Very knowledgeable gentleman. My new to-go dry cleaners.

I don't even want to give this store 1 star! Horrible service, the owner is so rude and disrespectful. I gave him a designer purse to clean. He sent it to another cleaner and then I went to pick it up. It was never even cleaned. The dirt on the bottom was never even touched. Mind you he had it for 3 weeks. I told him I will gladly pay for my other items but not the purse! He said he's losing money because he sent it to another cleaner. Just be careful. You go to this cleaner and expect them to clean it not a third party. Then he had the audacity to try and take my purse out of my hands and take it back! Claims he wanted to reclean it. He never would have done this to a man! Such a horrible business man. Read these reviews! I should have before I went in there. It's all valid!

I took my coat to this place to get it dry cleaned when I came back few days later to pick it up I lifted the plastic cover off of it I saw lint all over my coat, I told the gentleman and I showed it to him, he said that this is normal we don't clean everything we just dry clean it if we're going to clean everything it is time consuming. Wow really? I told him that I never asked you about the cost to clean my coat, I brought it over to the dry cleaners and expected it to be cleaned I ended up taking my coat to a another local dry cleaner to get it cleaned properly.

My husband has been coming to this guy for 20+ years, he had a bad experience a long time ago, he went to pick up his dry cleaning, a shirt was missing, the owner said he never received it. Oh well, he let it go and it blew over. Then comes my horrible experience. I've been going for 2 years, the owner fakes being so nice every time "he's blessed" I take my wedding dress to get a quote for preserving and boxing...$500...I say "ok, let me think about it and come back if I decide to" Take my wedding dress and a couple of other evening dresses that i had brought in from my wedding week. He calls my husband a few days later claiming he "accidentally" gave me another customers pink dress with all of mine. I tell my husband, "no, I looked at my dresses before I left and did not take anything extra" My husband then relays the message, then he tells my husband, "how did you know it was pink, I know you stole it" because you told us dude! Anyways, I found a better, more genuinely friendly dry cleaner, who I took my wedding dress to and she charged me $120 for preservation, and she not accusing customers of stealing things.
