“I started working with Paul and Robert last year at MedCenta Pharmacy for all my needs. I was at Rite Aide across the street and a lady in a very long line told me about MedCenta across the way. I started using them and never looked back. They always make me feel like I am part of the family making all their customers feel like they are priority! I have witnessed them go above and beyond to assist you with your prescriptions and dealing with the Doctors and insurance. They are always there to answer questions and offer guidance. If you are looking for a more personal relationship instead of just being a number, i highly recommend paying them a visit. You will be very happy.”

“I had an amazing experience today with this pharmacy, I visited my Dr and she prescribed some medication, and they had recall on it , Kelly called me and she told me about the problem and she drove all the way to my house to drop off my medication mind you it is a rainy day and she drove from Simi Valley to sunvalley , thank you kelly”

“Just came into this pharmacy to get medicine for the kids , the staff is amazing ! Went the extra mile, dr sent a medicine they didn't have and no other pharmacy seemed to have, they quickly called the dr to change to something they did have and got my daughters medication done super fast. Then I hop on here and see some bad reviews. NOT THE CASE AT ALL in the end I forgot my credit card being so frantic thinking my daughter wouldn't get her medicine. Then the gentleman with the bun (Gilbert) offered to drop it off to me since he said it was on his way home ... amazing amazing service !!! Best pharmacy I ever been to .. you don't agree go to a cvs and wait 6 hours for allergy medication and tel me I'm wrong”

“Our West Hills Walmart has been improved and I like that they are providing a limited amount of fruits at this store lately. I got the best deal on their watermelon and corn on the cobs.”

“Mena and Nazy were so nice!! Nazy the pharmacist filled my prescription fast. I neglected the pickup date and had her refill it and she was so kind to do so. Mena was so nice as he helped me check out my meds and my milk. Thank you guys so much!!!!”

“I got 2 Ralph's in my area. The one on Sherman Way is closer to me & that store is usually out of stock on a lot of items I normally buy as of late. Plus the Sherman Way location doesn't have the greatest crowds visiting there either imo. So, I have made this Victory Blvd location my go to Ralphs now instead. Usually less crowded & they have more items in stock. Plus they seem to keep enough registers open along with the self checkouts if you want them. The store on Sherman way has their heads up their A$$3$ in regards to all that. I'd rather just drive the extra 2 miles to this Ralph's than bother with the one closest to me on Sherman Way. This store has it much more together in all ways.”

“Very large store with a pharmacy and drive through. Generic prices about 3 times that of Amazon but you didn't have to wait for delivery. Greetings cards, snacks, soaps and shampoos available. Poster printer as well.”

“I normally shop online at WM Fallbrook store in West Hills, CA., either o/up or delivery and I get excellent service and products. I always pay with my bank debit card and a couple of times I've used the CashApp to tip. Today, July 6,2023, I suspect one of them found a way to charge $105.04 to my WM acct. my bank tells me the transaction was @ 5:30am this morning. I don't open even one eye before noon, let alone shopping at that hour. Here's the kicker. Try calling that store. You can't get a store manager, supervisor or CSR on the phone any given day. I called several times today. No s**** Minimum time was 30 mins before I hung up. Next time I let the phone ring 48 minutes before I just got tired and hung up. My bank and WM Hdqtrs is looking into this and when I find out who did this, I am going to damn well press charges. I despise thieves.”

The customer angrily throw his merchandise on the scanner and behave very inappropriately. On the contrary the clerk Orlando was calm and smiled and did his job at best. He was very (actually extremely professional) with the client action. In fact Orlando thought him and many others in the line a good lesson by responding nicely. Highly recommend Walmart. Orlando is well deserved to become an employee of the busiest month of the year. Happy Holidays!”

There was a customer ahead of me and the clerk explained to him that the roller on the check out counter is not working, and clients had to put merchandise manually closer to the scanner. The customer angrily throw his merchandise on the clerk's counter and behaved inappropriately to show his anger and dissatisfaction. On the contrary, the clerk "Orlando" was calm and smiley, and did his job professionally. He was extremely professional with this angry client. In fact Orlando thought him and many others in the line a good lesson by responding him nicely. He treated this client with passion and similar to others like nothing happened. We all saw what happened. I was waiting for an argument, incident, or some kind of reaction from both sides. But Orlando was very well trained and professional. His well behavior and professionalism is making him eligible to become an employee of the busiest month of the year. Happy Holidays! (The customer in the picture is not the angry customer, I took the picture later after I paid, and I spoke to Orlando and the manager later, and I wanted him to know that, we saw the incident, and we admired his professionalism and reaction toward that client).
