They have quality merchandise therefore a bit in the pricey side. But you can also find great deals especially water most of the time. They are currently under remodeling construction but still handling it well where buy it doesn't interfere with shopping

Pavilions is one of my favorite places to do grocery shopping. Everything fresh and healthy. They have sushi and they make it every day in the morning and it't really good. Always clean , always welcoming.

Going to start my review by clarifying that this review has nothing to do with the $.90 that I was charged for nine bags. The reason I am taking the time to write a review on a market is because I have lived in West Hills most of my life and I don't like the way this market is going downhill. I had a ton of groceries and they only had one cashier, the line was forming, so the guy that was helping bag went and opened another register, which was great. However, they had no one helping the register I was at with the bagging, therefore I went ahead and bagged the nine grocery bags. When I'm ready the cashier asks me how many bags? OK the point here is they do not hire enough people to run that market efficiently and I am charged for the bags? As I said before it has nothing to with the $.90, it has to do with how awful the service is. And the worst part was, I did not even get a thank you.

I went to the bakery tonight and there was a young man with glasses who was so nice and went above and beyond to help me. I wish I knew his name but he was in the bakery area around 6 pm. I can't stress how much I think he deserves to be given his credit for being an excellent representative to the store.

I love coming here, however, it happened at least three times that I buy something and items are expired. I know it’s my responsibility to check, however I trusted that they would not have expired milk on the shelf or that the tortilla chips would last longer than a few days. I litterelly went today and the huge bag of chips I just got will expire in a few days! Ugh.i also bought chicken from the hot ready to eat area and I’m so disappointed that the chicken was dry and un eatable I also felt stomach issues after.

Fantastic service, I can always trust to save money with their app and coupons! Very LGBTQIA+ affirming to me and my partner with the nicest employees. Handled an extremely rude customer with kindness and respect after she complained about her card declining and blaming it on the employee! I will always come to this location, 10/10 recommend.

Really getting disgusted with the number of dogs being led through the store on the owner's leash...and I'm not talking about authorized service dogs. Today I was in the produce section beside two women with a larg Doberman with absolutely no identification...just a dog on a leash. Is it store policy to permit this? If not, why is management not addressing it. Either way, I no longer shop here

Love there cheese and wine selection. Store is alway clean and the bakery also has beautiful cakes. I usually order my cakes there they will work with you and reasonably priced.

During the last months this locations rang up the wrong items on the conveyor belt (the gentleman ahead of me wound up paying for some of my items) poor quality of fruits and vegetables on display, missing items on shelves throughout the store, unresponsive managers and other personnel throughout the store, a rude angry moron bakery manager who attempted to intimidate me because he did not understand a simple request. Overall in the last 25-30 years this supermarket has severely diminished in service and quality of product. Due to the strike and pandemic over the past years, I've understood these failings on the part of this store. However it's just gotten worse with no hope of improvement even when issues are brought to the attention of management.

Nice products. Some of the staff is a bit creepy, but there are bright spots there too.Response to response:Some of your staff act like they're in a cult where they believe their oddly-intrusive body language can manipulate and 'control' the people around them. Whatever that's about, it needs to stop.
