I had an amazing experience today with this pharmacy, I visited my Dr and she prescribed some medication, and they had recall on it , Kelly called me and she told me about the problem and she drove all the way to my house to drop off my medication mind you it is a rainy day and she drove from Simi Valley to sunvalley , thank you kelly

CVS transferred my prescription to Medallion pharmacy because they were out of stock and had difficulty getting it. Kelly went above and beyond to fill it. She is kind, compassionate, and patient. She is a great asset to Medallion pharmacy. I am forever grateful to her.

I've been going to the pharmacy for many many years for myself and my husband. Once the new owners took over recently it has been nothing but a headache I have been hung up on by the new staff just trying to find out if my refill was filled. And that wasn't the first nor last time that I was hung up on by more than one employee. I when you never go back to this pharmacist now I would sign up with CVS yes it's a big pharmacy but they don't treat their customers the way I was.

Just came in to get my dad his ear drops while waiting for him to get out of surgery. The service was great. The man who I believe is the owner assisted me in getting exactly what I needed. He was very nice. The prices are very reasonable too. If you need to stop by quickly while you are at an appointment or hospital visit, this is a good place to go!

Had a legit prescription to be filled and the woman pharmacist and her aide treated my daughter like she was some kind of criminal. The woman pharmacist could tell that my daughter was white in the face with pain and she wouldn't fill the prescription without knowing a diagnosis for the pain medication. That would violate her HIPPA rights. The woman pharmacist should be fired. Very disgusting attitude.

I can't say enough about this pharmacy. I've been taking care of my mom for a while now especially with the COVID crisis. She's been dealing with numerous health issues and with all her medications she needs....Medallion Pharmacy has been exceptional!!!! Thank you to all the people and pharmacists for all you do!!!!! And thank you for your kindness!! I highly recommend them!

I highly recommend this pharmacy. The staff and phamacist were kind and so very helpful. I needed to fill 2 prescriptions for my husband asap. One was not filled out with the quantity. They went above and beyond to speak with the Dr's office and were able to fill the prescriptions quickly. Will be using them again. Thank You For The Superior Service!

Very professional, courteous, and nice this is what a pharmacy supposed to be like! Will call insurance company to verify and even appeal on your behalf to get it covered. Called my doctor for consult when my new prescription would have a bad interaction with what I was already taking. Answered all my questions and double checked that I would be ok with the cost. Service does not get more personal than this.

We highly recommend Medallion Pharmacy. Everyone who works there is efficient, professional and helpful. They always try to do what's best for their customers and find us a good price with every prescription. They treat everyone with utmost respect and do their best for their customers everyday. Medallion cares about their customers. They are our #1 pharmacy. Once you go to Medallion you'll never go to a big retail pharmacy again.

They always have my prescriptions ready on time. They are extremely nice and I like that it's a small pharmacy as they can monitor my medications to make sure that there are no interactions. Additionally, they take my insurance and charge no more copay than larger chains.
