5 star experience and haven't even done business with them yet. Big time shout out to Jacob. After letting him know I wouldn't Be able to to business with them at the moment, he still took the time and answered every single question I had to help out with my car situation. Very knowledgeable man, helpful, friendly and a stand up dude ?Wish more businesses ran it like these guys. I was stoked enough about Jacob's customer service and helpfulness and Legacys business model that I will be coming in ASAP. Most likely be a regular as well.Keep it up Legacy yall killin it ? 5 stars all day!

Best detailer in town! Highly recommend! Owner responded in fast manner, was super friendly, knew his process of detailing, not just inside but outside as well. Explained every step and was very informative. The prices are amazing as well.

James did a wonderful job on my crew cab long bed F350, got me in very quick and gave excellent quality work. The truck was due for a good polish and wax, you could feel some dull spots in the paint. Not anymore! Shines like glass! Highly highly recommended! Thanks James!

Sent a message on Tuesday, 6/26. They were very responsive and scheduled an appointment for 6/27 at 3. James showed up at 2:30. Had the car done in just over an hour. It looks better than when I picked it up at the dealer. When I went outside, James asked if I knew about the scuffs on the bumper. I told him that I did. He went back to his truck, got out a buffer, and got the scuff marks out. I will be using this service again and I recommend you do too. Thanks, James!

To be fair, the review is based off of customer service and not the actual detailing service itself. The customer service I received was subpar at best so I've decided to take my business elsewhere. When I was originally quoted pricing, it seemed fairly high. So I went on to the company's website to see pricing and service packages that were available.
