Rude front desk, dirty waiting room, room 1 did not have a working soap dispenser. The room look unhygienic. Bathroom is filthy and I thought I saw a blood stain in what appeared to be the basket which collects urine cups. I am so surprised that an American medical facility would have such low standards.

We had an appointment in the morning around 9:30am and no one was there nor was the door open. We were even there 10 minutes before and tried calling and no one answered. Now we have to go to a different location. Not professional and caused such an inconvenience.

Drove an hour to this location early in the morning just to get there and it be closed. Door was locked with a sign on the door saying "we decided to close a few days early for the holidays". Absolutely unprofessional that they did not decide to call people who had appointments and tell them they were taking vacation early. Labcorp is awful.

The staff were kind and swift. But the bathroom floor REALLY needs to be cleaned. It was easy to get an appointment and I didn't have to wait long to be called.

I had to have bloodwork done for a doctor without an office/lab. I had to book 2 weeks out for a morning appointment: why would I book afternoon appt for fasting draw? The site is clunky and they want you to wait in your car upon arrival which is absurd. Packed waiting room and they're already behind first thing in the morning. I didn't think anyone could be worse than Quest, but here we are. I hope I never have to return.

Percy went above and beyond to get my emergency bloodwork order done even though it was right at his lunch hour. I can’t thank him enough for being so professional and going above and beyond for me. If Percy takes care of you, you can be sure you will be taken care of! Thank you, Percy!

Extremely disorganized. Everything is automated, no human being answers the phone. Long wait lines! What kind of business is this? The receptionist is not available to respond. After an hour of wait, the phlebotomist could not fine my vein. She inserted the needle 3 times. No customer service at any level.

Horrible service. Even when asking questions about other locations. They refuse simple customer service. I’m not sure this man knows how to speak to women.Will insult you and find errors in your speaking about testing just to make you wrong. Not so sure why he is in the front desk. Should be in the back and not allowed to speak to patients.

Came here for an employment drug test. I had my two children with me. I already had a very difficult time making an appointment and had to drive out of my area just to get one in the required time frame. I checked into my appointment 30 minutes early. As soon as I walk in the very unfriendly employee at the front desk asked me in a rude tone if I had an appointment. I told her I did. She then told me that I can't have my children with me. I told her that it didn't state that anywhere when I made the appointment. I asked if they could wait in the lobby, she said no. She had another very unfriendly and unprofessional woman come speak to me to tell me that "they can't babysit my kids for me". Not once did I ever ask them to. I told them I would be back and made arrangements for my husband to come get them. But because this is out of my area, he couldn't be there for 50 minutes. This would make me 20 minutes late for my appointment. I went back and told them the situation and asked if they could still honor my appointment 20 minutes after. The woman told me she couldn't because the computers stop working at 2:30pm. This made no sense, because my appointment was at 2:30pm. How would the computers stop working?? THEN she had the audacity to tell me she had another suggestion and that I could leave my kids in the car. In California if they are under 12, that is illegal and unsafe! I left in TEARS! I was humiliated and frustrated with the entire experience. Low and behold, I check the website for their policy and it actually says I can leave my children in the waiting area if they are mature enough, which they are. There is no age requirement as this would not be legal. In fact, I had been at Quest 2 days prior getting my yearly blood drawn and a urine sample while my kids quietly waited for me. Both women immediately were extremely rude and unprofessional. I will be filing a complaint with LabCorp as well as speaking to an attorney regarding the discrimination.

This place is awful, I checked in at 7:20 and when they called me was after one hour. They called the people that checked in after me sooner than me! That is so weird and awful. Just 2 people worked over there!!!!! I never go again at this place. I don't recommend.
