Amazing service I always call in for an appointment same day and they always fit me in. I get anyone to do my nails and pedicure because they're all talented. Emily did my biogel and she is super sweet and gave me exactly what I wanted. Peter is super welcoming and is also the best with nail designs and biogel. Always have to stop for a pedicure as well from talented, Hannah. Must stop for a self care day. :)

I'll be honest the main reason I come here is because the prices are reasonable and customer service is always great. I am pretty disappointed they won't let u pay w Venmo anymore so it's probably the last time I'd be coming here.

Worst service ever. Terrible nail techs.
They completely cut my wife’s finger , the lady that was doing her nails does this on the side once a week and that was the reason Kelly said it’s okay that she made a mistake.
Finally after realizing this lady had no idea what she’s doing , my wife requested someone that knows what they’re doing to help her.
After cutting my wife’s finger and taking 5 hours to take care of her nails Kelly still charged my wife FULL PRICE.
I called to ask why she charged her full price and she said because she got her nails done by one of the best.
Why is it my wife’s fault or my fault that you hire people with no experience . You hired the lady, she works at your nail salon, you should pay for her mistakes not my wife.

I went for a mani/pedi. My Pedicure was great, however, I got the worst manicure I've ever had and the guy was super rude! He didn't even put lotion on my hands or cut my cuticles. He kept making excuses. Never going back!

The person (guy) who my fill/gel it's so bad at doing his job. ??? I feel like I just came to throw 45.00 in the trash. Very ugly job. I talked to the owner but she didn't care!! Never coming back here!!

I have been having acrylic nails forever! Could not find a salon in past few years that made me feel welcome! Kelly's did the trick! I came in about 2 years ago and found Phillip ... and I am back every 3 weeks! I like different colors - styles and Phillip does it all! Everyone says hello to me! In fact I am writing this while waiting for Salon to open so I can call for a Sunday appointment! Thank you! Jeri

I’ve been coming to Kelly’s for years and they always do such a great job - now I’m getting married and Kelly’s is the only place I could think of trusting for such a big day! Kelly did a perfect job with my pink and white manicure. Kelly made sure that there were no lines and that my nails were exactly to my liking. I love the natural and timeless look. Mary did an amazing job with my pedicure with French tip, and it’s such a relief to have found both Kelly and Mary. I’m so glad I know where to go for my beloved pink and white and I appreciate how comfortable Kelly and Mary made me. Can’t wait to go back!

I just recently moved to this area and was looking for a nail salon nearby. I was a bit anxious doing nails for the first time. However, Kelly made me feel comfortable. She was super sweet and very attentive to detail. She would always ask, "If this looks fine?" And to let her know, so she can fix it. I would definitely recommend this place!!

My husband and I don't live nearby, but we like to come to this area on the weekend because we love Pho So 1 which is on the same block as Kelly's. One day I told my husband we should get there early and just get a pedi while we wait for the restaurant to open up. So we scheduled two pedis at 10am. It was another dreary weekend and drizzling and figured it may not be too busy inside. Boy were we wrong, it was packed inside. Really happy we made an appointment and thought we'd have to wait 10-20 minutes because I didn't see any empty spaces. But surprisingly they got us to our chairs right away because they had additional spots at the back. I was really happy they started on time as most other salons I've been to will book you for an appointment, but will always be running late since they take walk-ins. My husband's started a little while later than mine, but we didn't mind since he dosen't do color and we ended right about the same time. I really liked my tech, Jenny. She was so thorough. We both liked our experience here and will most likely do this again when we're ready to get another pedi and feel like eating pho. Parking is super easy. Lots of available surface parking spots.

I had such a nice experience here! They were so sweet to offer me water and did a great job on my nails. The chairs with the massage were nice while I was getting my pedicure and they were so fast to get to me. They had so many colors to choose from and everything was so clean. I loved it here and will definitely be coming back!
