So sad that you make your appts months in advance and they keep getting cancelled and they don't seem to care . Our time is just as precious as theirs but when they constantly cancel appts it becomes very unprofessional and makes you want to find another place . Read the reviews on other media platforms and you will see what people really think about this dentist office

The front desk staff at this office are great. That's about it. They lied about how much work I needed done, quoting thousands of dollars in root canals and fillings. The reason I came here was because I had a filling pop out and I needed to get it fixed ASAP. They took me in and performed the filling. After about a week - it was still sore and red at the gumline and sensitive to hot/cold. (And still is - and this happened almost 2 months go). I went back in that second week because my bite was totally off and my front teeth were hitting down in a way they never had. When I went in she said "Oh, it is a little high, let me fix it" She shaves it down a little - and it's still not better. She tells me "Well, it's not the filling - the only thing I can do is shave down your two front teeth if you want." I was absolutely shocked.( I left - and dealt with the bite issues until I was able to change my insurance to go to a dentist a trust) They also told me I had gum disease and needed a deep cleaning (which is a long procedure that is typically broken up in two appointments at 4 hours per session. Half of the mouth on one day, the other half on the next) and the day of the appointment the dentist goes "The Dental Hygienist called out. I'll be doing your cleaning." I was told before the appointment that we were only doing one side of the mouth on this appointment, and scheduling another appointment for the other. She gets into the procedure and I can feel she's numbing my whole mouth, and 45 minutes later she said she's done.. I said, " You did my entire mouth?" She said, "Yeah.. you didn't feel me working on the entire mouth?" And I didn't say anything at the time, but I wish I did. She just claimed she "worked fast". She ultimately performed a standard cleaning on me and billed top dollar for it. $700 was what I paid for that. Now that I have changed my insurance back to a PPO I've gone back to a dentist I really trust, who explained a few things: 1. I do not need thousands of dollars of work done 2. He will need to fix the filling she had done, because it is poor work and will cause me problems. 3. I never had gum disease, and she just wanted to bill me a Deep Cleaning cost for a standard cleaning. I hope this helps someone else. I HIGHLY recommend going to a dentist that doesn't have 3 stars on Yelp.

So happy to find an office that hadboth orthodontic and regular dental care through my insurance so I was very happy to find Dr. Simonian's office in West Hills. Besides finding a good dentist, I was looking to fix my top front teeth that had moved after having metal braces 10 yrs ago and fixing my bite (my top and bottom teeth didn't touch and it was hard to bite/rip food like a normal person lol). I had gone to so many other dentists/orthodontists that told me only metal braces could fix it or that I needed surgery and headgear to fix my bite and straighten my teeth. So I was understandably skeptical when Dr. Simonian said I was a good contender for Invisalign but after talking it through with her and getting the facts straight I decided to give it shot. It took some serious work on being strict about wearing my trays for 6 months and taking a toothbrush and toothpaste with me everywhere I went but it was SO worth it!!! My teeth are not only straight but my bite was also fixed and I can finally take a bite of food liked a normal person.

Go in for a cleaning. Lose 800 dollars and get told to come back for a 3000 dollar procedure that they want to do 4 times a year. Still didn't get a cleaning. Also the staff I had the unfortunate opportunity to encounter were stormtrooper like.

I shop at this plaza because it's at the very west end of the Valley and does not usually have a lot of traffic. 3-5pm by my place is a frustrating nightmare so it's easier and less stressful to just drive the extra miles to shop here instead.Totally worth it with the Mission Burrito just a block away. Red burrito always hits the spot!

This is a nice place I visited here with my relative aunt. There is a bank too. And shops. But I visited less in Platt Village. It's a nice place to visit.

Just went to the bank, but again transients were quite present and I watched one run out from the Vons with a bottle of alcohol in his hands. Its sad what the mall has become.

Avoid this place at all cost! Another scam dental office out for your money! Recently, Platt Village Dental Group sent out coupons. If you donate $30, receive $100 off dental treatment. After receiving several emails about this incredible deal, I did it. Today, Sidro at the front desk told me they wouldn't accept it. He told me the fine print says I need to spend $500. I showed him the email, and the fine print. It didn't say that anywhere. When he called the manager, Vanessa, she also refused to accept the coupon!! So glad I donated the money and still had to pay full price! I'm tired of the bait and switch with these companies. I've been going here for years! Now for Vanessa to save on the coupon, she allows a client who spent thousands of dollars over the years to walk out the door. I never understand this about companies. What a horrible experience...

Experiences here at Platt Village usually good. What you have to be careful of is arriving & leaving Platt Village. I have seen multiple minor car accidents over the past few months. As I was leaving from Vons Pavillions, witness 2 cars backing out of parking spaces not paying attention and rear ended each other.Again, be careful entering & leaving Platt Village.

I have lived in this region of the state for most of my life. Platt Village is a long storied \"large strip mall,\" with food establishments, nail salon, grocery store, pharmacy, bank, a coffee shop, poke food joint, and a few other businesses I can't recall. Unfortunately, it's also a beacon for lower level criminals and sadly homeless folks, usually addicts and or mental patients co morbidly, sometimes you don't get the feeling that the place is getting more prosperous, that post lockdowns, the place isn't the same. But, there is a gas pair of gas stations there, a McDs across the street (Platt) to the west side of the street, and a wonderful liquor store called The Green Jug, Southwest of the intersection of Victory and Platt. One block up at Vanowen and Platt, is a mailbox/notary/livescan establishment, an Amecis Pizza, and a Mexican restaurant, 711, barber, and R.O. water bulk refilling business. Everything you need along that one strip of Platt between Victory and Vanowen.
