I recently moved to the area and have had to pick up some things from here at least 3 times in the last week. Customer service has been phenomenalevery time I have come! Never too busy, lots of workers to help, and each one that I've spoken to has been very nice. I especially love the help and great service at check out. I will definitely continue to make this my go-to Home Depot!

West Hills Home Depot on Victory. This is my first time shopping at this store. I am working on a big project and I bought items (high amount of money) that they were suppose to deliver to my house. It took them for deliveries an I am still missing a few items. I have been in contact with an employee named Dana and it was not a great experience. He does not return my calls. At this point I am missing items and I didn't get a refund which prior to the fourth delivery I was told that they didn't have some of the items. The just ignore customers. Every time I call they put me on hold and then hung up on me. Very disappointed. Have to drive to the store to actually find a person to talk to me.

Great selection. Not so good in customer service. Came in March 6th at 8pm. We bought tile and had to beg for help. Literally seven people doing nothing. When I ask for help they said the tile guy was with a customer. I then asked, is he the only person in this store to help me get tile? Once I was able to convince them I needed help. They found it. Then walked away, leaving me and a 74 old man to left 7 box's. The cart guy who gets the shopping carts grabbed one of the my carts didn't ask if we needed help. Just watched a 73 old man do it. It just sad to see where this company values are.

This is a low-key spot and not that busy. I like that it is easy to park and a lot of staff inside to help you. I was able to order something really quick and fast. Though the employee didn't ask me for a warranty, and it was hard to find to add it to my product, it was overall a very fast process. I will go to this one now instead of the one on Roscoe. It is more convenient for me and quicker.

They are great with so much supplies, the only thing I don't enjoy is, when I need help finding something? I can't find someone to help me, not enough people working there.Also at checking out, they have one person working the check out, but 2 people watching the self check out?

I order online 2 window air conditioners and then found out the next day for one and a few days later with the other. The orders were cancelled by Home Depot. Called and they say it was sold out. Why don't they put on the website sold out. Paid by Affirm and Klarna and now have to wait for my refund. Home Depot your business practices are shady. I am disabled and was desperately waiting for my air conditioning unit through the Severe heat wave of August/September 2022.

Needed a can of butane for my crème brûlée gun. Someone who seemed to know what she was doing picked up the phone went to locate it. She said they had 19. I asked her to put it on hold with customer service. She said yes and got my first and last name. I called around 2:30pm today (May 28th) I told her I would be there before they closed she supposedly put it under my first and last name. It wasn't there when my husband went to pick it up. It wasn't in stock at all. I'm blown away at the terrible customer service. Awful. She wasted my time, my husbands time, and now I still have to look for it some other place.

Clarissa provided us with exceptional customer service. We are remodeling our kitchen and had to return cabinets. Upon arrival, the other person was not interested in assisting us, but Clarissa was happy to assist. I liked her patient and calm demeanor (essential for those of us that feel fluster with such big projects). She made an effort to find some of the cabinets on the system by looking up my telephone number and checking my credit cards. At the end, I was very satisfied with the level of professionalism, calmness, and most importantly willingness to help me through this daunting task. Again thank you Clarissa for your assistance; I hope you are recognized for your dedication and hard work.

I came in after 7pm to have my room keys duplicated again (misplaced them ). I went straight to the machine. In less than 5 minutes, I'm done and used the self check out. It was a quick and easy transaction.

I finally get my freezer delivery from Home Depot after they canceled my order three previous times since last July .Before I could dance for joy the delivery guy tells me I need to install the handle on it myself bc of 'Covid regulations' which was never mentioned anywhere! Good luck to me trying to get it on with my herniated disc and one working armSpoke to Alfredo manager of the West Hills store who promised to 'fix' things but then the call was magically disconnected. I've had no luck reconnecting .Bottom line - a serious lack of service!

West hills Home Depot is the worst in answering customer phone calls I called them 6 times twice they hang up on me after 10 min each waiting and the other 4 my hand got tired of holding the phone 15 min each please learn the good customer service from LOWE'S They are better than you in every way I still don't understand why are you guys in business please learn from LOWE'S how to run a company every personnel in Home Depot is careless they are actually running away from costumers in every isle just not to answer their question and the Managment all they care about is sales and bonuses I wasted 1:30 hr today but I promise you I will never go to that s*** hole again if I have to drive an extra hour to get to LOWE'S I will

This place was very crowded and cluttered. Lots of staff working, was finally able to get help to locate the stupid toilet paper holder thing that my kids broke, it's been driving me crazy not being able to hang the toilet paper. At least it had what I needed. FYI this place is tucked behind the Ralph's if you are a first timer it's difficult to see.

This place is a giant waste of time. Customer service is appalling. No one here is knowledgeable or helpful. They send you on wild goose chases, passing you on from one unknowledgeable person to the next. GET IT TOGETHER!

Zero stars. Don't use the tool rental department, at least at the West Hills location. They refused to waive my charge eventhough the product didn't work properly. I had to return once to get all the pieces since they weren't given to me on pickup. I was told they couldn't extend the four hour rental at that point. It still didn't work properly after those pieces were added. When I went back to return it and request a waive on the charge, my only option was to wait for the supervisor Sam. As far as I know, Sam doesn't exist because I waited for over twenty minutes and you can guess who never showed up. Now my question is whether I won't use the tool rental shop, or just never return to home depot at all. I guess Lowe's is not too far away thankfully
