I always went to the same stylist but she wasn't there this last time and two other ladies cut my boys hair and did a bad job. Those two ladies shouldn't be able to cut hair if they can't cut even or know how to cut hair period!.... how did they even get a license to cut smh... very disappointing and waiting over an hour, and should of went with my institution and not trusted new people to cut hair, ans just walked out but I didnt and I regret. Never going back there.

I went here simply to get a trim. The person cutting my hair went ahead and thinned my hair and gave me layers without my permission. I am so distraught right now. I didn’t get her name but I urge you to go to a different location or make sure the one cutting your hair is reputable. This will take YEARS to grow back. I am so angry and upset. It’s not even cut evenly.

Came to get a haircut with Fari and she did an impeccable job. She was so friendly and patient, always checking in with me to see if the style was what I was looking for. She is extremely detailed and careful with her work. I'll definitely be back to have my hair done with her. Highly recommend!

(sincere review) Got the loveliest young lady that i mistakenly did not get the name of, but she cut my hair beautifully. I asked for a dead end trim and layers and she delivered exactly that. So happy with my hair and so happy with the price as well. 25 for a trim! Will be coming back in the future thank you Great Clips!

Don't assume you will even get a haircut if you check in. I checked in with the system telling me I was 3rd in line and 23 minute wait. 35 minutes later I arrived and I was still 3rd in line with a 23 minute wait. So I left. I have had a cut here before and it was good, just a regular one length cut so it wasn't a hard thing to mess up. That hairdresser wasn't there today though. Beware of the system lying to you regarding wait time.

Don't ever come here especially if get Angie as a hairdresser. She obviously doesn't know how to cut hair. I asked her "bob" style which is a very basic for every stylist. She even couldn't hair straight. Whoever hires her needs to be FIRED as well!! I ended up go to another hair salon to fix my it. NOT WORTH COMING HERE!

ZERO STARS. This place is awful. You checkin on line and wait. It is always longer than it says. Next you get a text saying your up in 5 minutes. Good luck. It will be at least anther 30. You get in, finally, and get the worse haircut you have ever had. Had to go to another place to fix it. The fade was crooked and the top was 3-4 different lengths. You are better off using a cutting your own hair.
