Just came into this pharmacy to get medicine for the kids , the staff is amazing ! Went the extra mile, dr sent a medicine they didn't have and no other pharmacy seemed to have, they quickly called the dr to change to something they did have and got my daughters medication done super fast. Then I hop on here and see some bad reviews. NOT THE CASE AT ALL in the end I forgot my credit card being so frantic thinking my daughter wouldn't get her medicine. Then the gentleman with the bun (Gilbert) offered to drop it off to me since he said it was on his way home ... amazing amazing service !!! Best pharmacy I ever been to .. you don't agree go to a cvs and wait 6 hours for allergy medication and tel me I'm wrong

so rude and unhelpful. they don't follow through with anything, call backs or deliveries. the guy who works there with the bun literally called me a stupid a** under his breath on the phone and thinks I didn't hear him. horrible costumer service and so unprofessional.

I really like this pharmacy.I get my medicine delivered and it's always on time and organized. The staff are also very helpful and polite.A couple of times, I was put on hold and it took some time to speak to someone in the pharmacy but overall great experience!

I was referred here by the dermatologist to pick up some topical cream for my daughter. They said they can deliver the prescription to our house the same day. After 4 days I called in for a status because we didn't receive it. They said it should be same day. A few days go by and I call again and they can't find it. I call again a week later and they tell me to come pick it up. I walk into an empty pharmacy with 3 people behind the counter and wait 20 minutes before anybody helps me, and then they can't find the prescription. So unprofessional and uncaring. I don't understand how people can't do basic job functions, and have no care or concern whatsoever about their jobs or business. Times have certainly changed.

Love this pharmacy. I wa prescribed a specialty brand drug which wasn't covered fully by insurance. EasyCare mad it so easy. Their while process is simple and they also deliver for free. For the first time, I picked it up since I wa already there and the pharmacist and the staff are super friendly and took extra steps to make sure I ha to pay the least possible amount (by thoroughly checking benefits). Would 100% recommend this pharmacy.

Horrible customer service! The staff are too busy talking to each other to help customers or even acknowledge them! Gilbert is incredibly rude, does not know how to answer questions directly and is incredibly unprofessional as well as disrespectful. I would not recommend this pharmacy to my worst enemy! I will never step foot in this pharmacy again. Everyone should go to Medallion Pharmacy instead. Much better care and customer service!!

Bought over the counter medicine and after taking it saw that it had expired 6 months ago. They told me they had an independent person who comes in an church's for expirations well I guess someone hasn't been checking their shelves for 6 months. No excuse for that. Didn't seem to even care.

They were hard to find, so I tried calling for specific directions. Once there, I was told they "do not pick up their phones because they are short-staffed." Once home, I found my liquid medication was filled in a mangled plastic bottle. It does not see as if the full 16 ounces were sold because of the impaired shape of the bottle. Again, I am trying to call & even to email the adress listed, but NO ONE responds. I have been told that the Manager of that West Hills Location is "Jacob," so it seems I will have to go back in in-person to speak with him. Highly unprofessional.

I got here at 5:59 and on google it said closed at 6:30 they didn't want to give me my prescription because they said they were already closed , really bad service.

This place is so unprofessional. Called about a week before to let them know there was a change in prescription and they made note to the file , but when we arrived this was not the case so they then had to order a different prescription for the new insurance. Now 2nd trip the pharmacist stated wil be there the next day after 12.00 and would you believe still not ready and pharmacists is no where'd to be found to sign off on the prescription. This should have been done before we arrived James is the front desk person and was as rude as can be . He was definitely not nice person and this is saying lightly . We will now be switching pharmacies, letting the referring doctor know as well .

Shout out the manager and cashier for going above and beyond. We've used this location to fill prescriptions for our family for the past few years. Their pricing is very competitive and in many cases lower than the big chains, even without GoodRX. When our oldest went up north for school, they continued to be our go to as they will ship in their network range at no cost. Today I went to pick up a prescription that our son's doctor had called in. Obviously there was a communication error from the doctor's office as they instructed the pharmacy to ship, urgent priority, to our son's old dorm address. Instead of leaving us in a lurch, the cashier worked with his manager and they were able to go ahead and give us the prescription today. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I realize that they'll probably get the meds back when they show up as undeliverable, but they went above and beyond taking care of us today and dealing with the rest behind the scenes.
