I went there once, a while back for a dot exam for my CDL. The location was nice and very friendly. Good place to go to for DOT exams.

This is the best place to get your CDL medical report!!! Gigi is the absolute sweetest person!! She helps you with everything you need to get you right with the DMV. The Doctor is very good and goes over everything with you on all the tests they do. This place is 10 star!!!! Awesome place to have right in the Antelope valley. No more driving to the San Fernando valley for my 2 year medical.

He was there when I needed him. I'd recently had a car accident and was in pain. I had to travel for work and he saw me that same morning, checked what was wrong with me and adjusted me to the point I was able to work that day. His staff is very professional and he has incredible bed side manner. If you're looking for a chiropractor that knows what they're doing, look no further.

Let me start off by saying the Dr Haddad and his staff are very accommodating to truck drivers and their crazy schedules. The only day I could get in to get my Dot exam was a Saturday, the doctor was going out of town but came in early before his trip to see me. The process is very easy and you leave with everything you need to bring to the dmv. Gigi and Dr Haddad are very nice and very professional I will definitely be back for all my Dot exams. It's best to call and make an appointment as they have three offices to better service their clients.

So I schedule my DMV Physical exam with this office. This office is in Lancaster and is the closest office to me in Tehachapi 65 miles away. I drive all the way down having an appointment and the girl at the front desk tells me "we can't do the exam today". I ask why not? She says "the doctor has a personal issue". I ask then why didn't you guys call and let me know before I drove 65 miles for my appointment? She says she has no idea. I ask can we re schedule? She says she has no idea. I'm so frustrated that this doctor would put someone so incompetent and careless as his front person. I wish there was negative stars I could give this place.

Great place to get your CDL physical. He actually looks at you and ask you questions about your health. Great attention to detail and takes his work seriously and proudly. Thank you doctor!

So happy with my Dot-Dmv physical I took with Dr. Haddad with the help of his nurse. They were very helpful , kind and considerate. Closest thing to feeling at home I've had at a doctor's office. I recommend this place to everyone and this comes from someone who doesn't like to deal with doctor's.
