I came to this salon for the first time about three months ago to get bio gel on my nails. The day after, I noticed my nails were already cracking. When I called the staff, they immediately informed me that they had used an expired biogel product. It was as if they already knew I would come back to complain, but they were just testing to see if the product would work. What a terrible decision to use on a first-time customer!
After I came back and they redid my nails, I decided to give them another chance and set up another appointment. I got my nails done again, but a week later, some nails started peeling. I had to go back to get the individual nails fixed after work, which was very inconvenient. I've gone to this salon a total of about five times, and every time, I have to go back at least two times in between sets because their work keeps peeling.
I work in a busy environment and can’t keep coming back to fix their mistakes. I’m finding a new place. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this salon!

I just recently started getting my nails done since the pandemic. Im so happy that I found Lily's Pretty nail & spa.. a family run business. Lily, her husband & their nieces offer competitive prices, kind and attentive service from lovely and honorable people in a welcoming atmosphere. Genuinely the best nail salon I have ever been to!
My nails have never looked better.

This was one of the best nail experiences I have ever had! Everyone was welcoming and sweet. Harry and Lily were an absolute delight and kept me cracking up the whole time. They were upfront with their pricing and they took their time and made sure it was all perfect. Once they found out it was my sister and niece's birthdays they went above and beyond to make us all feel extra special. I have never had a nail salon go so far out of their way as this one to make sure we had the best experience. We will definitely be back.

I recently found this salon after numerous tries and I love them! Skylar and Lily are amazing and my nails always look stunning. They are always accommodating and have stayed open late a couple of times for me. I will forever come back here!

Let me begin by saying I had a very bad experience at another nail salon where my toe got infected and I had to see a podiatrist! After that, I was so paranoid to go anywhere and get my toes done. I recently moved and I was desperately looking through so many reviews to find a good place to go where I felt I could trust them. I stumbled across Lilys and saw allll the great things customers were saying.
I called in and they were able to get me in same day! Harry, the owners husband, answered and he was soooo nice and friendly. Once I got there, it was apparent they are one big family. It’s not a turn and burn nail salon where you are just treated like another dollar, they genuinely care about their customers :) even though there were other people, they took their time to treat my feet and hands with care so I could have a “me” moment. Skylar did my nails and even though it was the end of the day, she was upbeat and made sure I didn’t feel rushed. Lily, the owner, is involved in every interaction and she even offered to treat my toe with antifungal stuff!!! That’s going above and beyond. I’m excited that I’ve found a salon where I already feel like part of their most valued clientele. Thank you everyone at Lilys! :)

Got my very first manicure/pedicure combo here, absolutely fantastic place! That was roughly six months ago, I've been trying to show up every month and haven't been disappointed once! Highly recommended as Lily and her team do a wonderful job.

FANTASTIC SERVICE AT LILY’S!
I haven’t left a nail salon feeling great about my manicure in a very long time. Skylar did a wonderful job shaping my nails beautifully and exactly how I wanted them. I will be making this my go-to nail spa from now on.
