Very large store with a pharmacy and drive through. Generic prices about 3 times that of Amazon but you didn't have to wait for delivery. Greetings cards, snacks, soaps and shampoos available. Poster printer as well.

To improve this site, you can add a drive-up window to the CVS at Target in West Nyack, New York. However, you cannot improve on Dr. Uday Dave, RHP. He is the most professional, knowledgeable, and above all, caring pharmacist I have ever had the privilege to share in my care.

They are rude to the people and their service is Horrible.They didn't fill the proscription that I could use my insurance and forced me to buy over the counter.

Note no reviews showing for the last year. First, the pharmacists that left last year-Angela and Galina- pulled this dumpster fire across the prior years. Now it's just sad. Zero customer service; zero suggestions for alternatives when life saving meds become back ordered for days, weeks, months. CVS is in trouble all across the country. CVS West Hills took longer to spiral out. It's a corporate failure.

Not very friendly. I waited three or four minutes before anyone even acknowledge my presence. The clerk apologize but the pharmacist said that he couldn't see me. I'm 6'2" tall. Bad eyesight? Perhaps.

Service is pretty good but it's pretty busy, the workers seem stressed, and there's usually only one person up front helping customers. Expect to spend some time there.

The team at this pharmacy is phenomenal! I’ve been going here for over a decade and Galena is a amazing! I go out of my way to go to this CVS because they are kind, knowledgeable, professional, they actually care and KNOW you and your medical conditions! I feel safe asking questions and their advice is spot on! I have NEVER had ANY issues with my prescriptions and I have a lot of medical problems! I could not imagine going anywhere else! With COVID and vaccines this small pharmacy is running smoothly at full capacity.! Thank you to everyone of them! I literally could not live without them! BEST TEAM EVER!

We have been clients of this pharmacy location for a couple of decades both as Target and now for a few years as CVS pharmacy. We have developed a relationship with most of the pharmacists and assistants past and present until this new kid pharmacist today! I had never experienced this extreme level of unprofessional, arrogant, incompetence as I just did by their new kid pharmacist, Jonathan Nguyen. We have gotten this prescription almost every month for almost ten years from when this place was the Target pharmacy. The message again from CVS was that the Doctor's office is not giving 3 times requested authorization for it and the Doctor's office says not true and shows three successful time stamped receipts for faxing this month's authorization. If we keep calling the pharmacy and the Doctor for our must have medication then a professional customer service would make the call and get the authorization by phone. CVS pharmacist Jonathan Nguyen arrogantly and rudely and with an offensive standoffish posture trying to provoke a reaction from me says he is not going to fill the prescription and we should just take our business elsewhere if we are not happy with him not following up on the needs of the customer. If you can not professionally take cate of a very basic reasonable transaction you should be terminated to save the company's image. If you stand at the counter of any business whether you were previously involved with a given transaction then you are the face of that business and you are obligated to resolve the issue. CVS should be more selective with whom is representing them.

Slowest service in earth. They text non stop to pick up meds and they can’t even find the meds. They take store transactions at the pharmacy which is ridiculous. When you ask for back up(someone sitting there doing nothing) he says we don’t have anyone right now.

My child had schedule a second covid vaccine I was told to be there at 11:00am Sunday June 27th 2021 pharmacist arrived in a nasty mood and give me a bizarre story, I have to wait for one hour because she the pharmacist had to prepare the vaccine it needed to be mixed I have no choice but to wait very interesting how they lie to people very disorganized place my opinion she needs to be grateful to have a job and people like us who give them business.

This pharmacy has ZERO hours! On so many occasions, I have come in a rush to pick up meds and they were not open during on time; over 10-15 mins late on several occasions. Once I came in the middle of the day, and the techs couldnt help me because the pharmacist was taking lunch break. They told me she was due back in 10. I "shopped" around Target for 30 mins and came back; she was still not there. I needed meds for my wife who had just gotten out of surgery, but they didn't care. Overall, unprofessional staff and doesn't seem to care about hours at all!
