Walmart second time cancel online order by telling me that this item is out of stock. At the same time I was able to order the same item again on Walmart website with the option of picking up the item at the same day or delivering it the next day.

I normally shop online at WM Fallbrook store in West Hills, CA., either o/up or delivery and I get excellent service and products. I always pay with my bank debit card and a couple of times I've used the CashApp to tip. Today, July 6,2023, I suspect one of them found a way to charge $105.04 to my WM acct. my bank tells me the transaction was @ 5:30am this morning. I don't open even one eye before noon, let alone shopping at that hour. Here's the kicker. Try calling that store. You can't get a store manager, supervisor or CSR on the phone any given day. I called several times today. No shit. Minimum time was 30 mins before I hung up. Next time I let the phone ring 48 minutes before I just got tired and hung up. My bank and WM Hdqtrs is looking into this and when I find out who did this, I am going to damn well press charges. I despise thieves.

My local Walmart / pharmacy Everyone could be a little more classy. But I've been to worse luckily my Walmart Is decent but not overwhelming great service.

This one is just as terrible as it's ever been. The parking lot here is absolutely too small for the amount of traffic trying to use this and it's neighboring stores. Considering all the huge stores in this shopping center, this is by far the worst of them all. It's outdated. It's organized in a way I find doesn't make any sense, and, as mentioned in my last review from years ago, this is still considered by me as the "vomit Walmart", because the image of that woman spreading the vomit around with a mop in the frozen food aisle as the stench spread across the store is permanently stained in my memory. I bet she doesn't even work there anymore but nonetheless her memory lives on, along with that child that ruined everyone's day. Still, there are always issues with the registers in here or cashiers deciding to open exclusively for certain customers or an employee thinking another register was opening and telling people to go to that new line then it being a lie. Twice I've lined up with others who formed in front and behind me, only to suddenly have the cashier go "oh yeah I'm not open." Stop wasting my time!!AVOID AT ALL COSTSGo to Porter Ranch or skip Walmart all together. I find this one to be absolutely more infuriating than any other Walmart. The joke one in the valley is the Panorama one but really, have you guys been to that one? It's easier to get into and easier to find things. Please spare yourself the West Hills one.

I went to Walmart on fallbrook in west hills and had a terrible experience. I had two employees that was so unprofessional im not shopping at that store again. I should if asked for the manager but I was so embarrassed by the way they did me.

Would give -5 stars if can. This place is utter trash. No one ever helps. I waited in the automotive area for a person to help for 30 mins and no one came. Had to sound the emergency exit door for any kind of help. No i don't recommend that but i did get help after that. Took them 10 mins to realize it was even going off. Screw this place. Go to target

Worst experience ever! I normally don't shop at Walmart but they had what I wanted and was able to pay beforehand and do a drive up. They sent an email it was ready so I notified them I was on my way and headed out. I waited over 30 minutes for someone to even answer the phone number that I called numerous times. I was put on hold, hung up on, told I wasn't doing it correctly on the app, ect.Finally 45 minutes later a lady comes out. I asked her if there was a problem with their system and she said no we are just unorganized and can't find anything. I was so annoyed and frustrated. I'll never ever shop here or do a drive up.

As long as you know what you're going to get into when you come to this Walmart, it's fine. As with all other Walmarts, they have a massive range of inventory. Something for every part of your life. And the prices are usually at least a few cents cheaper than anywhere else (rarely do I find a deal that is just so good I just have to jump on it). But the main issue with this location? The upkeep. It's messy. It's unorganized. It's just all over the place. Not to mention, especially in the toy department, theft runs rampant. There are open and empty boxes everywhere on the aisles. It's ridiculous. It honestly makes for a very poor shopping experience.This location also has a decent amount of checkout counters, but good luck seeing more than 25% of them manned. That means you're stuck in either a long line for an actual cashier....or a long line of self checkout. Honestly, I don't go into Walmart expecting a wonderful experience. But even on Walmart standards, this location falls short. It desperately needs an overhaul.

Just left grabbing the cutest sweat pants for my daughter! Lines were not too long. We didn't get the item we came for but pants were worth the stop. McDonald's is no longer located inside the store.

I went in to check their clearance section. I was not disappointed at all. I found 2 onesies and a newborn shorts. It was a sweet deal. I wanted to look more but the lines at the register were too long.

So I was having a little bit of a medical condition had to use the restroom right away I asked the lady if she wouldn't mind watching my cart for me for a second just to tell another employee not to put my stuff away because it's already paid for ..she acted like it was the biggest deal in the world I don't get paid to watch your cart ..well you sure don't get paid for customer service ....sHe started following me to the restroom telling me how she couldn't do what I asked her to do when I was in a hurry to use the facilities ...worst customer service I've ever seen....

Placed a order to curbside pick up for a rc drift car for my son he wanted the grey gtr and we got a blue mustang there website is not even updated I guess I tried telling them I wanted the grey on for my son he picked it not me they wouldn't let me return it as well which had me confused. There employees are not even trained I see them wondering around not helpful. WE WANTED THE GTR NOT THE FUCKI** MUSTANG!

This place offered one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had! I spoke with this woman who had the thickest accent I've ever heard. I also don't think she understood most of what I said. So, I though, now worries, I'll just give her the SKU # for the product I wanted to know about. After a more than 20 minute hold, she claimed they didn't even have it in their system...which made no sense. So I became even more determined, and phonetically spelled out the name of the product for her. Should help her out right? Wrong! I was on hold for another 15 minutes before I gave up then hung up only to call back to request her manager. Then the phone just rang and rang. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!

Just got first part of Covid vacine today here and have to say was very happy. I was even a little late and they were kind and professional. I had barely any waiting at all even. The lady giving me the shot was kind and professional and gave me a literally almost painless shot. I'm a big scaredy cat about shots too and she was sweet about it and great at making it almost non feeling. She had me wait in a chair 15 mins afterwards to check on me. During that time she also scheduled me for my 2nd dose appt. It was all smooth rolling and easy.
