“Super great! My son’s bike, purchased elsewhere, was broken beyond my meager skills. I showed up without an appointment, and the gentleman, pictured, was very helpful and efficient, replacing the brake line, checking the gears, wiping it down, and even putting the brake line back on the correct side of the bike. Who knows who put it in the wrong spot in the first place, but I’m not taking the blame for that.”

“Stopped by Wheel World in Woodland Hills today to pick up my son's Giant Trance X2 MTB and couldn't of had a better experience. Great group of guys, especially Tad (Thaddeus) who helped us from the moment we walked in. Although we researched this particular bike for my son's needs prior to ordering Tad gave us more info on the bike and confirmed that it was the right choice which made us feel even better about the purchase. He had my son take it for a spin and made some minor adjustments after and went over the all warranty info with us. Great transaction, quick and efficient. I also met Andreus the bike builder/mechanic who was a great guy as well. Everyone was very personable and welcoming. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.”
