If I could give this location 0 stars I would. Asha Is very rude and has a nasty attitude. I experienced horrible customer service here. The employees seemed bothered. Not there to help!

I was so confused cause it was Vday and i did not know which sent i wanted to get my female friend. At 1st. it was the strawberry cause it was promoted for the Vday scent, But i did not like it, I ask for help an the sales person started to help me out with the different scents , Prior a elder lady was ear hustling to my conversation about the strawberry scent an said her husband loves the smell, Furthermore, after smelling 4 different scents i finally picked one. Hopefully, my friend likes the scent.

This is my favorite location in the valley. They have a good variety of stock and the employees are very helpful. They have good sales and I love their hand soaps and wall flowers. I took a star off because I got a lotion as a gift with no receipt and the scent was not for me. In the past I could exchange it for a different scent but this time they did a refund but only gave me $3 for the lotion. Keep in mind the lotions cost around $15 so $3 did not to a long way. I wish I could have just gotten a different scent. There is plenty of parking and a big store for you to look around and I will definitely keep coming to this location. I will just make sure I either can get a gift receipt or just ask my friends and family if they want the product instead of getting $3 back.

Their hand soap was great before covid, but afterwards, I don't know, but to me it's water down. The liquid used to be thick, now it's thin. Hope they fix it. It was a great soap.

I've gone to this BBW location a few times because I don't have to go into a crowded mall in order to stock up on your favorite items. However, I was kind of let down by my recent experience will probably order online or go to another location for now on.Firstly, my 3-wick candle purchases were not given any protective paper or holders like in my past purchases. Glass can break easily and these candles aren't necessarily cheap. Second, I completely understand that popular scents (love love love White Barn Vanilla + Musk) run out. However, when I asked the cashier (a girl with long black hair, glasses, and a high-pitched voice) if they had any in stock, she kind of snubbed me and said that she's never heard of that fragrance before and just proceeded to ring me up and get me out of the door as if she was working on the week of Christmas. She didn't take even a few minutes to look it up in their database to see if maybe they had some in the back or if other store locations carry it. Or, to ask another associate to help me out. I really didn't appreciate that this cashier assumed (or perhaps tried gaslighting me into thinking) that I was mistaking a different candle for a BBW or White Barn one and wasting her time for asking. I've given this place three stars because the other associates in the store were friendly and the location is well-stocked with other items that I do like (such as their Sea Salt & Neroli products). The place is also well-kept and presentable. I'm giving a fair as possible review here by taking into account other factors as opposed to giving one star for how the cashier treated me. However, someone in my shoes would have happily given a lower rating (see some of the other reviews below).I attached a photo to my review as evidence that the candle I speak of does exist and I'm not some Karen who's on here ranting nonsense. Sadly, it wasn't purchased at this Bath & Body Works location. To the sales associate who "assisted" me earlier today, you might want to study the products you're selling a little more.

This is one of the best Bath & Body Works store. I like it because it's not in the mall and easy access with plenty of parking! The customer service was great and I found exactly the merchandise I wanted. Check out was super fast! This will be my go to spot!

So happy I stopped by and found this car air freshener container (it has a cat/dog paw & a heart) and some of the oh-my-god-it-smells-soooo-good refills. They have so many other cute designs there, even Halloween season ones!Not like those glade or febreeze type you find in supermarket that they keep changing the models & containers designs that everytime you go back for refills, you only find new models again!(It annoys me a lot ?)But, now I know I can just stop by this store and get whatever refills I'd like to use. Going to get more for my car & bed room. So many different kinds to chose from!I'm using Strawberry pound cake refill by clipping it on my mini USB fan in the living room. It smells great without overwhelming the space.
