They are always accommodating and helpful. They even know my name, and it seems like many other customers names, as well.
If it's a little crowded, I go do a little of my shopping and the line is gone in no time.

“Wells Fargo stepped right in when I was sent notification of fraudulent activity and charges on my debit card! I love their features on the app and the website where you can toggle the cards off just in case! Takes a lot of stress and worry out of criminals getting away with more hard earned money! While the fraud line was busy I decided to hightail it to the physical bank and the branch manager made me feel comfortable and definitely less stressed (hey with this and the earthquake and a very long week this was much appreciated)! The issue was resolved...investigation under way and I am grateful! So grateful that I ran to the frozen yogurt store and treated myself (actually I don't ever need an excuse for treats)! Here's a shout out to Angela and her team! They care about their customers! And I didn't know they have some cool perks! If you pay your phone bill through their app...they actually will insure your phone for damages up to $600! Yeah I've dropped mine so many times and there wasn't even an earthquake happening! Thanks Wells Fargo! You guys rock!”
