so i came in yesterday to get some adjustments for glasses , without an appointment , and the receptionist with her name tag Chan helped me out in the front , then a young lady Named Victoria adjusted my glasses , they were falling off my head and she tightened them up and without me asking she even replaced my glasses nose pads and cleaned my glasses . I asked how much it was and I couldn’t believe it was free for everything they did , so I went ahead and thought about booking an appointment and they were able to help with my insurance in the front .Highly recommend!!

My experience today here was just not good. My previous experience was as at the Northridge location and it was night and day. I walked in and Victoria was the receptionist. She wasn’t friendly. She asked me two questions backed to back and gave me instructions in one long run on sentence as soon as I walked in. It caught me off guard so I had to take a beat to process it. Her instructions were to go down the hall to the left. There are seats and rooms so I walked back to confirm I was to wait in the chairs rather than be expected to enter the room to the left. She was again cold and abrupt like I was giving her attitude when all I wanted was to clarify. Someone then came in to do the initial test and she was kind enough. I was then called in Dr. Gonzalez and she too was just cold and borderline irritated by my two quick questions. I dunno if these ppl are stressed by the pace of back to back appointments or they’re just over dealing with the public. Michelle received me at the end to take payment and wrap up the appointment and she was the only warm person in the bunch. I was just so turned off by the energy in this place that I’ll just go out of my way to go to a different location.

I visited this store to buy glasses and was helped by a representative named Alisa. She was genuinely the kindest person I've ever met. I tend to be indecisive when choosing what looks best on me, but Alisa’s attention to detail and her patience were incredible. I tried on about ten pairs, and she was there the whole time, giving me honest, thoughtful advice without making me feel rushed or like I was a bother. Her commitment to helping me find the perfect pair of glasses was a solid 10 out of 10!
I highly recommend this store to anyone. Alisa and the rest of the staff are not only friendly but also truly care about helping you find exactly what you need, making you feel right at home.

I haven’t gone in for a visit in so long but Jocelynn made the experience so comfortable and easy for me. I had a lot of questions that were answered thoroughly by her with ease. She also assisted in making the right decision for which frames fit best for me. She’s the sweetest and so attentive!

The nicest group of people ever. I got an exam and they told me something was wrong with my eye and recommended me to go somewhere. It was only $20 for that and it saved my eyesight
