I was traveling for work and my husband wanted to get my flowers for Valentine's Day. These came late in the afternoon on Sunday 13 Feb. Within 24 hours all 12 roses were dead/dying.

The recipients of the arrangements at a well-known and large law firm expressed their gratitude and commented on the quality/beauty of the roses. Amazing last minute job the day before my dear friends memorial service. Jonathan did not hesitate to accommodate my big request at the last minute and he was very patient answering all my questions on the phone and confident about their ability to deliver a custom piece to perfection. It was an easy decision to go with them since the customer service on the phone was so reassuring!

I called the shop to get some flowers delivered for my friend's birthday. The only thing I asked for was a nice arrangement with a few lilies. And boy did they deliver. She says her entire house smells and she keeps telling me she wishes I could smell them~! She was ecstatic. Thank you~!

Very happy flower purchasing experience! First time shop at this store. Called the store and Susie helped me pick a flower basket. She was very nice and patient. They also worked with my budget. The next day I got the flowers. They are so beautiful! Strongly recommend this flower store. Reasonable price and helpful customer service!

I hunted all over for a lei for a graduation and no one seemed to have leis in December, except for Abbey’s. David said I could get my flowers whenever I needed them..Thanks to him I am going to make my daughter-in-law very happy on her Graduation from nursing school.

I called to order some plants, based on the pictures of the website. The person on the phone was helpful and asked when I wanted to have them available. I expected to pick them up. The man on the phone asked if I would like to have them delivered. Then, he asked when I would like them delivered. Plants that arrive are rarely as nice as the pictures. The plants were delivered when they said they would be delivered and actually looked NICER than the picture on the website. I was so happy. I will be ordering from them again!

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST this place the pictures presented on yelp are false advertising. My sweet mother ordered me Valentine's Day flowers from this company because if it's amazing reviews and photos here on yelp. She was told the flowers would arrive early on Valentine's morning and made a special request to be delivered earlier in the day because I attend school from 3-7:30, the women who she spoke within the phone assured here this would be no problem what so ever. My mom had warned me about the flowers just to ensure that I would open the door when the delivery came, so here I waited in the morning waiting for the flowers to arrive. My mom begins calling me around 11am asking if I had revived the flowers and I told her the delivery had yet to come but assured her they we're problem running late because it's a busy day. My mother was so excited for me to revive these flowers she had shown me pictures of what she had ordered and told me she's so excited for me to revive them because they're gonna be the most beautiful flowers I have ever received. The day went on and as time passed I began to wonder where the flowers were. 2:45 rolled around and I had to take of to class so I assured myself that the flowers would be waiting for me when I arrived back at my apartment from my night class. As I came home I was in utter disbelief that the flowered had STILL not arrived. So my mom is devastated at this point because I told her I still had not received the flowers. She starts to think that the company just scammed her money as soon as both of our hearts were broken by the fact that the flowers were not going to show up I get a ring at my door it is 8:45pm at this point and I am so excited to see this beautiful bouquet and as soon as I open the door and see the flowers I knew my mother was going to be devastated by what arrived vs what she expected. First off I think it is extremely rude to not fulfill an order until 8:45 pm at that point the day is basically over and the damage is already done, if a company has over extended its self it needs to make sure it has the adequate number of drivers to deliver all the orders in a TIMELY manner. I understand Valentine's Day is a busy day but as a flower company you should be prepared and not deliver flowers with only 3 hours left in the day. Second whatever you display as the picture you are selling the product has to match. My mother had requested the red flowers be swapped with baby pink and instead got hot pink. Baby pink roses are my favorite flower and has been for years my mother always makes sure to say baby pink what I received is NOT baby pink. The picture also displays the roses in a more elegant setting with less no shrubary or filler leaves if you will and yet I got a bushel full of leaves. The baby's breath at the bottom has gaps all around it and is barely hanging on to dear life. My mother had requested Mylar balloons along with one baby pink latex and 5 gold latex balloons, the Mylar ballon which cost extra is no where to be found. The only positive I can mention is the flowers themselves are high quality, they are just completely the opposite of what my mother ordered. All around just a bunch of false advertising, sloppy unprofessional, untimely word and I am deeply disappointed.
