I had first written a bad review , but they promptly fixed my issue . Thank you Wright prop . You guys took less than 48 to send a plumber to change my water faucet . At first it felt like I wasn’t being helped since you have to go through an email system . But they fixed my issue thank you . I have changed my review to 5 stars .

I have been a tenant at one of the Wright properties for 3 years. 708 E Ruddock St in Covina. For the most part it has been a positive experience EXCEPT for the parking situation. So many people from the surrounding apartment complex's come and park in our parking lot. It's very inconvenient for us who actually live in the building. They also park in spots that are not even a really parking spot. They just all squeeze their cars in here. Sometimes blocking us from leaving. Many of us have emailed our complaints about it but we never get a response back. Very unfortunate and very unprofessional. We recently received a notice about a rent increase, and I'm very disappointed that they would raise the rent and do nothing to fix the parking situation. If you're looking to rent here, maybe look somewhere else.

I am writing this review as the Landlord, In the years I have been with them I have realized they choose potential tenants with expertise. This has been a huge weight off my shoulders, furthermore for anyone who is looking to rent, you won't know if you don't apply that's just the truth, someone may have better credit but may not qualify in other aspects(Income/Employment History Etc) thank you Wright Real Property Management and Staff, Stacey, Ashley, Therese, Oliva, Vanessa and Tommy!

I wanted to take the time to share my experience renting with this company. I lived in a property they managed where the owner decided to sell. I have to admit it was very stressful and inconvenient. The part that made it easy though was them being flexible and understanding that right now is a hard time to find available rentals. (The rent we were paying for the newer townhouse style apartments is now sadly unheard of). Other than finding somewhere to live the other part I was extremely stressed about was getting the deposit back which it was equal to a months rent as well as the prorated amount of rent from outr move out date. I spoke with them prior to even finding anywhere to live and they said they would help me out with that. I honestly thought they were just saying that to not have to deal with me. To my pleasant surprise they held true to their word. A rare case in property management companies these days. I received my deposit and prorated rent in a timely manner. It made all the stress and anxiety that I had over this whole situation easy as they did what they could to make this go as smoothly as they possibly could. They've restored my faith in companies still operating with integrity. Especially this business of property management where there's and overwhelming amount of unscrupulous shady ones! Thank you for being honest!

Oliver at Wright Properties helped me purchase a condo. He helped me find what I was looking for and worked hard to get my offer accepted and to close escrow early. If it weren't for him, I truly believe they would have gone with another offer. It was his responsiveness, knowledge, and rapport with the seller's agent that made it happen. I cannot thank him and Wright Properties enough!

This property management as well as the landlord require you to have renters insurance. Aside from having to have renters insurance they did nothing about their roach infestation but send out an exterminator who just ruined my appliances by putting roach bait all over the appliances. They only bother you if the landlord is bothering them but when you request something they "never receive the message" or so that's what they claim. They also did nothing in regards to the landlord being an a****** my two years in a apartment complex having to deal with him parking behind my parking spot every morning blocking me in. I had to put up with two years of listening to workers repairing the units below me and next to at 6am. The main reason this company is horrible is because they charge the tenant ridiculous repairs or replacements that they can't even explain in order to not receive your full deposit. When I emailed them no one responded after 3 months of moving out and sending me what was left from my deposit. I think it is unprofessional that they can not even respond to the email.

They only care if your payment is submitted on time. You can barely feel there is any management service provided by them. The customer service is unprofessional and rude. If your new home is managed by them, look further. Avoid this company.

They have managed our rental property for a little ove a year and a half now and they have been very good. Ive had good communication with them, they seem very proactive, they have a good tenant screening process and their fees are reasonable.

Unproffesional management company should be their name. Employees do not know any information at hand they need to call you back after they find the information out. They also do not like to recieve phone calls they just like to go bak and forth in emails. Also they like to lie about things they claim to have never said. Employees not very helpful. Dont understand why an owner would want this management company to do their business.
