My dog was treated at this hospital for almost 8 years. His time to cross the rainbow bridge came. I took my boys with me as we decided we were not betraying our dog by leaving him alone. The doctor and his staff were compassionate they allowed my boys in the room to explain everything that was going to happen, and they even asked again if the boys wanted to be there. We stayed with our beloved dog and the doctor and his staff gave us some time alone with him. Doctor came and talked to my boys, giving them words of comfort. The price was fair compared to other places, and the clinic was always clean. We will continue our business with them because of the empathy of the doctor and his staff while seeing our pain. The lady at the front desk (red hair) may not seem sweet, but she wasn't mean. She had compassion and empathy towards us during a difficult time.

The doctor there BHULLAR needs to have better communication skills. Our dog was in respiratory distress, and he just walked in the room and stood there, staring at us. My mom asked him what his thoughts were and what he thought we should do and he responded what do you think needs to be done? A doctors job is to educate and teach patients or in this case pet owners of what is going on with there pet The whole experience of putting our pet to sleep was very awkward and uncomfortable because we felt like the doctor didn’t talk to us about our options although we knew it was time for our pet to cross the rainbow bridge he still could have communicated better. Please do better.

I am so disappointed I have been coming to this clinic for years I brought everyone of my dogs here and have been happy with staff and service until today I called the clinic to make an appt for my dog whom needed to catch up on immunizations and check a lump on her neck. The woman who answered the phone put me on hold (which is fine). When she came back on the line, I explained to her how I was looking to make an appt. For immunizations and etc.... she rudely kept rushing me off the phone, saying for me to call back next week because so and so doctor would be in. I felt she was not only being in sensitive not towards me but to my pet whom I was trying to explain to her what was going on with harlow(my dog) I attempted to explain to her that we have been going there for years and she was being very rude. I was really disappointed.

came here to get my cat euthanized. It was a sad day. I felt that we were well taken care of when it was our turn. The front desk staff, 2 ladies, were empathetic and professional. So was the doctor, nurse and 2 gentlemen that also helped us. price was best, compared to other places. this is a small hospital, looks old but they had it very clean. I will be back.

Dr B and team assisted me on June 15th when a kitten fell out from under my car carriage. Thankfully, he is okay, he had a severe eye infection. Please spay and neuter your pets. Times are hard when you have yo seek a vet that is reasonable with care and price. I do not regret taking a try on a location 30 minutes on the freeway. Little baby kitty is now a member of our family, his fortune changed for the better.

Despite the negative reviews that others have posted, I found none of them to be true in my experience. The vet doctor and the staff at West Covina Pet Hospital are exceptional. They went above and beyond to help my cat, demonstrating care and compassion that felt like family. Their dedication and expertise are truly amazing, and I highly recommend this hospital to anyone in need of veterinary care. From now on, we will be taking all of our animals to West Covina Pet Hospital. The staff even helped us find a puppy, something I've wanted for a very long time. My heart is overfilled with love and joy for this new addition to our fur family. This place is simply amazing, and my husband and I are beyond excited to have them as our vet. It's rare to find a place with such big hearts these days. I have visited other animal hospitals where all they seemed to care about was money, providing little to no help for my cat. West Covina Pet Hospital, on the other hand, went above and beyond, offering incredibly reasonable prices and unparalleled care. I'm very grateful that my sister, Lisa Marie recommended that we come here, and we will be coming here from now on. Thank you, West Covina Pet Hospital, for everything you've done for our pets and for us!

So I called and the way they answered my phone call, was pretty rude. Just asked if they were accepting walk in patients and they said “No, we actually don’t have a doctor today so No. “ seriously? It would of been a first time going there but never mind.

I had a great experience here. Brought my Roxy girl to get something on her eyelid and leg removed along with blood work because I did not have her previous records from the vet and due to her age. The staff was so kind, caring and informative. They truly care here, and they are professional. After the procedure was done they explained to me her after care very thorough and how her behavior might be at home (not eating/restroom) due to the anesthesia and that it's normal for pets to be like this after a surgery. The location has plenty of parking and it is very clean. Call to make an appointment.

I brought my cat here to put him to sleep. I had hope the staff understand my plight and sadness but no. Old cranky women who were rude and disrespectful to what I'm going through as my cat was dying. They couldn't get a doctor to help us and demanded papers to prove my cat was mines. I had to take my dying pet to another hospital. They treated me much better than this Fking ungrateful arsewipes.
