Frustrating experience. THEY DID NOT HONOR TRUE-CAR SALES LISTING!!! FORCED INTERNAL FINANCING! Made it difficult to perform a pre-purchase inspection and dragged their feet throughout the entire sales process. 0/10 would not use again. USE A CONTRACT CANCELLATION OPTION TO INSPECT OFF-SITE IF USED <$40k per CA DMV.
Despite listing a vehicle on TrueCar with a 'Dealer Discount' of $2,450 (~10% off), they did not honor that discount. If you see a good price, report their failure to perform to TrueCar as they should not be allowed on the platform, particularly because they force internal financing while TrueCar's stakeholders offer competitive financing and would not appreciate that practice.
The sales staff were unprofessional, with one salesman taking a long break while I waited for a test drive. Communication was poor as they frequently changed salespeople, and it was hard to get timely responses. The General Manager even lied about needing to pick up his mother-in-law to avoid negotiations but remained in his office for hours afterward.
I wanted a mechanic to perform a Pre-Purchase Inspection (PPI) at their shop offsite, but the dealer wouldn’t let me take it even with a sales rep. So I found an inspector to visit the dealership, but then they wouldn't lift the vehicle for us. I later learned that for used cars under $40k, the DMV requires a 2-day Contract Cancellation Option Agreement, which would have allowed me to inspect the car after purchase and cancel the contract if there were major issues. They didn’t inform me of this until the final paperwork, and I would have purchased for less during a sales event if I had known.
During the paperwork, their finance staff was unclear about contract fees, leaving me to research on my own to understand them. Additionally, they refused to accept a cash purchase and forced internal financing. I paid off the loan quickly, hoping they didn’t earn commission from this predatory practice.
The vehicle also had defects not noted in their ‘multi-point inspection,’ including a cracked windshield and mold in the trunk. They offered a 'Due Bill' for the windshield repair but delayed and used a non-OEM part without calibrating the safety system. This required additional effort and calls on my part to resolve.
Overall, Envision CDJR West Covina engaged in deceptive advertising, poor service, and unprofessional practices. I strongly recommend avoiding this dealership.

Wanted to look at a jeep wrangler 2024 sport had a few questions wanted to see the 2 door as someone told me there are 2 here he replied “yeah someone did so”. The sales representatives name was Joe , seemed annoyed said it’s the same as the 4 door , I Asked is it a lot smaller than the 4 door and he replied well yeah it’s a 2 door ….. sat inside the car and didn’t say a word . Extremely uncomfortable situation. I would try another dealership if you want someone who wants to sell a car .

Want to make clear that the dealers are super nice but when it comes to the manager he is horrible so rude and entitled. Will never recommend anyone here! This is the third time I come with years in between and it doesn’t change! Staying with my Envision Ford Dealership they are amazing ?. Rude old man, maybe it’s time for him to retire!

I had been looking for a Tacoma for more than a week. Some experiences good, somw not so good. But I found a truck I liked at Envision Motors, but most importantly I was provided great service by Joe Miranda and Joseph as my engagement took a couple days after some validations on my end. But service was great, and they answered all my questions and helped me through the process and made it seemless. Great job team.
