Terrible customer service, an inexperienced. My husband died and I just wanted to close the account. A woman who answers very ugly and looks for a way not to help, very negative

Horrible service! I came to this bank and called before coming to confirmed that it was in fact opened they answer and stated that it was open and never told me they didn't have a Teller. When I arrived they stated that they didn't had a teller all day and they couldn't help me out. If they had told me this I would had made my way to another bank and not waste my time. The lady Johana that was standing at the door was really rude telling me there was no teller. There's no need for all that attitude.

... it's about 9:30AM, Saturday morning ...4 employees on the premises (1 at desk out front), but only 1 working at a teller window (they have 11+ of these). One of the employees comes out of the "plexi lockbox" and acknowledges that there is only 1 teller and offers to help ... by walking those in line to the ATM! (What!?!? Shame!)The sole customer at the window, there are 7 in line, has been there for over 15 minutes but no other teller window is opened. Sad ... terrible level of service, no sense of urgency, no attempt to "work down" the line. (A teller walked in from McDonald's and did eventually open a second teller window.)A little compassion and simple apology for the lack of staffing would have gone a long way towards goodwill.By the way, the Wells Fargo down the street inside Food4Less ... same problem: 1 teller and a line of customers. ugh

I belong to the Lion's club, but have been banking with Wells Fargo for over 40 years, with my own private accounts. It always makes me feel good, when I can go in to the bank and I know the staff. Yes, they have cut down, on their staff, lets face it, change can be hard on old people like us, but in the end it is all good. Erica is the bank employee that I worked with, when I had to make changes to our accounts. She was helpful, friendly and went straight to business and how she was going to help us. We got it done, thanks to Erica. What a professional. Thank you Erica!

My boyfriend is a customer for over 20 years, and a Disable Veteran. I understood, from what the bank specialist told us, that we needed an appointment, keep in mind we went in at 9am and there's was nobody in line. It was very slow. No signs "only appointments " shown anywhere outside or inside. We were told that our business is not happening today because we are required an appointment. Management came to tells us the same thing. All employees without customers were in a circle socializing when we walk in. We were treated very rudely and disrespectful. And service was refused to us. Never coming back.

HORRIBLE Location. I've been to this location for the first and last time. I'm surprised the teller didn't ask for my blood type. I've given more then 5 proof of identification and he ask me for a sixth form of identification. I'm guessing because I'm brown and didn't believe this account was mine? Absolutely appalled by this form of treatment. If you're representing a multimillion dollar company, you shouldn't treat people unfairly because of their skin color. James... if you're reading this... it's a shame this company employed such a rude and discriminating person.

Zero stars is more appropriate. I want to close an with my father because of the shi**y service we've received in the past. Apparently it has to be done through a "personal bank" who isn't available until next week. Really!!!! I have to make an appointment to get my dad's money out of this place in order to go put it at Chase?
