I do not like going inside a bank. I don't know why. But I went inside to make a large transaction a couple of times, and I always got a great service. All the tellers were very responsive and helpful, and not at all intimidating. They made small talks and seemed really care.

I like Wells Fargo in general so they get an automatic 3 stars but this location was kind of off. Came in with my mom who doesn't do too well standing for long periods of time so she proceeded to go to the window for handicap to sit down and wait. She said she's done this before and they eventually come to assist. I found that odd so I stood in the regular line to ask as no one was at the door available for questions. The lady who was very nice by the way, no complaints there, said for future visits, my mom can wave to get their attention and point towards the handicap area to notify that she'd need assistance. As we left, my mom stopped to talk to two associates who were super friendly so this place gets a star back from my original 3. I wish the process was better for handicap or elderly customers.

Drive thru atm did not dispense the $300 I withdraw. Filed a claim with Wells Fargo, Wells Fargo said too bad the atm balanced out at the end of day. I'm out $300 dollars and Wells Fargo is refusing to take my claim further.

I have been a member of WF since 2011, a total of 12 years. I have checking, saving, and credit cards with WF. Through out the years, I have made big purchases, large debits, Etc. In other words I have a great banking relationship with them. I deposited a check in 1/6, called today to check status and was told it will be on Hold until 1/18/23 that is 12 days after the check was deposited. This is ridiculous!!! This is the usual for people with new accounts, sketchy accounts Etc.. Not just me but my family, son, mon, and my credit cards will be moving to another bank. I have given you my business for over 10 years, yet WF can't even give me what is mine because they have to review. BS!!!! Will never give my business to WF again.

I come in once or twice a month to do a few transactions that can only be done with a teller. There is usually a line full of people (what bank doesnt have a long line to see the tellers? - none!), but there's been a few times that I'm the only one there and get helped right away - SCORE! The tellers (they usually only have 2 windows open - that's not enough when it gets busy and there's a line 5 or more people deep) at this branch are nice, quick and efficient. I notice that many customers take a long time with the teller but when it comes to my turn, I'm there for maybe 5 minutes tops! I do my transactions... wham bam thank you ma'am! In and out. Good customer service! I would give 5 stars if not for the long lines... so maybe consider opening up another window when the line gets long (like "3s a crowd" at the grocery stores).

first of all bad service !!! the girl stephanie has no customers services . wanted to make a payment on my credit card she said from this check hello not her check.. manager called me she jusy as bad of course she said stephanie is so friendly . she was not never go up there ..

So basically in the time of quarantine they have no direction and no leadership skills -big surprise lol. Tell me why they have lines out the door in hot weather with incompetent workers standing around and not directing traffic as they should be to expedite the process and 'value their customers'. My brother (who is new to banking and in need of direction) was in lime for 45 minutes only to be told by the teller that the two very simple tasks he needed assistance with would only be done by scheduling a meeting with a banker. I get the pandemic I get all of that. What I don't get is the lobbyist doing a piss poor job of managing the line as is part of the job. I was an employee with the company for two years so I know how it goes. This branch and this company is a waste of time lol.

the worst wells fargo i ever went to !!!!! signed in on a clipboard to see a banner for a temporary card , i was told it would take 20 minutes... i've been here for 45 minutes and still no help eric cassias was so rude and continued to help people before me

I have never had to wait so long in any other branches of WF, but this one is ridiculous. There are only 2 tellers when the line is 15 people long. I am also waiting for a banker at the moment I am writing this, and I have been waiting for 15 minutes already, there are 2 bankers,one is not helping any customers, and I am told there will be another 10 minutes! Oh and, the reason I need to see a banker is they didn't do the job right the first time! This is so frustrating!! I have never had such poor service from WF!

If I could do 0 stars, I would. All workers are chatting and doing nothing. I always have to wait no less than 30 minutes. Mario Escobar, the "banker" made me think that he was the manager. He was very rude and not friendly at all.

This bank needs serious training - employees drinking coffee at the teller counter and about 6 are just standing around and I sat there waiting for a banker to assist me to change my pin # which should not take no more than 10 minutes to wait when no bankers are busy but just sitting on their desk. I asked the teller and he said for me to call customer service to change my pin # when I'm already at the bank waiting to be assisted. What an idiot! 0 star!

Worst customer service department! Went to the bank to deposit cash and they shorted me $100, so I called and complained to the customer service and research team. Wells Fargo didn't want to re-compensate for their mistake that they had done. Apparently, they support their dishonest teller and obviously don't care about having customers or not. Don't open an account with Wells Fargo!!
