One of the worst customer experience. 45 minutes waiting on the phone. I was informed thru out my wait that I had one caller ahead. The funny part was that i was informed yhat staff has been answering other calls. Hooooorible

I think you have to step up your pharmacy procedures and personal because if I were not sick with COVID trying to get my medication through this Walgreens location I personally go there a give a piece of my mind for keeping your patrons on hold for over 2-1/2 hours including a meal break only to dump the calls on hold ! I'm sure you have an excuse but there is no excuse for treating people this way. You better set up system to warm people of your difficulties and refer them somewhere else for the help they seek not ignore the phone ringing and keep sick people in the dark ! As far I am concerned You owe me one. Get your act together or give it all up !

Came to pick up a package on hold from Fedex. On the website, it states packages will be held for 5 business days. The package arrived on Monday and I was picking it up Wednesday (3rd business day). However, when I came to retrieve my package, a girl with a bad attitude told me that they were about to "send it back." I said, "it arrived Monday." And she still claimed that it would have been sent back on Thursday. Wouldn't recommend relying on their fedex service if they are going to go against their own policy? I assume she just did the math incorrectly and was maybe to arrogant to admit otherwise. Very unpleasant experience. However, another girl at the register who checked us out was fabulous. Great attitude and really sweet.

I had my passport photo taken here and it was pretty fast. Then when I went to the post office. The agent stated that it was not acceptable. I had to take it over again at the USPS for another $15. So I thought to myself I wonder if I can get my refund from Walgreens. So I went in and the store director Vanessa helped me. She was so nice and polite and thoughtful. I would give a 2 up for her work! Thank you Vanessa!

Still the same ! Nothings changed in this location. This store NEEDS TO THROW OUT ALL OUTDATED photo apparatuses... so many issues printing pix! Forever I'm gone at this location.

Every time I go to the Walgreens there is always an issue with their app. I clip coupons on the app and for some reason they don't show up when I'm-checking out. The cashier always calls the manager and I have to give her my phone and she scrolls through the app. Meanwhile my feet are killing because I just got off work. I just want to buy my stuff and go home. Then they have to call someone to open another register. It usually takes a good 30 minutes before I'm out the door. This usually happens at the other Walgreens on Glendora Ave in West Covina. Today at this Walgreens there was an issue with the app and the manager came out looked at my phone took it scanned it and the coupons applied instantly. He was fast efficient and thorough. Thank you manager that was working today at 3 PM.

I went to buy some first aid stuff today, and I grabbed a fruit bar and eat it in advance before I pay for the items. On the half way while eating it, I discovered that the fruit bar tastes really moldy. I told the cashier, and a lady manager came to the counter with an ugly face. I told them that I haven't eaten anything for a whole day, and I just grabbed that form the shelf which cost for only about one dollar, and she emotionally told me that she will not charge me, but I must pay for it before I buy it. I said I am not going to void to pay for it, but you should not seek anything moldy in the store. I would give her with a zero if I could, the other staff are very nice.

With all the competition between drug stores I'd expect a little better customer service. As I walked in I was ignored because the two young girls at the register were too busy on their cell phones to acknowledge anyone. It was so rude I decided to leave and go to Rite Aid across the street.
