Called the store 45min before they closed to see if they could make up 2 five gallons for us before they closed. They first said yes. Then when my guy got there 30min before they closed they said nope can't do it. Some excuse about needing to call another store for a color match. Which was a load of ridiculousness because I was just at another Vista paint that exact same day getting that exact same paint and the guy didn't have to do that at all he made it up no problem. It was a Vista color code that a huge property management company uses so I know it was just an excuse to get off work early. "Great" customer service. You will be better off at Sherwin Williams or even Home Depot

Better off @ Lowes . Given the products are double the price vs buying online. Restroom is “broken” then where is the rest of the staff using the restroom… there’s even two next to each other ……absolutely ridiculous customer service. Apple Pay is not working on their machine .

It's a great place, yes sometime it's hard to find a helper. Overall, it's as good as a hardware store get. I'm a store owner myself, it's tuff!

How is it that this store only has 3 reviews?! Great store and great service. I've had the pleasure of using them to buy interior paint for two houses. They carry Benjamin Moor. I bought several samples first to see how the colors looked in my home with various lighting. I returned to buy all of the paint that I needed and staff was very friendly and efficient. The second time I was a customer, Eva, assisted me in my purchase process. I had names of my paint colors and needed a couple of other colors to coordinate with the ones that I already knew. She was accommodating and let me sit and use the table in the store to go over my vision board and she let me use her paint fan deck. I went with the BM Regal Select, as she recommended and boy did the colors go on beautifully (thought I used a painter). Thank you Eva, and Vista Paints - West Covina!

Unfortunately Eve and Ryan have left Vista paint for another job. Meanwhile I had the displeasure of having to deal with so called manager Mark.
Was returning a gallon of paint to Vista paint and Mark says that I couldn't return it because it has an A on the paint can and they couldn't look up my receipt. Then he wondered if I purchased it there. Hellloooo ... it has your "VISTA" name on it. duuuuh.
I don't care what letters of the alphabet your paint has on it, you gave me the wrong item to begin with. It wasn't even paint
I had asked him for a exchange, but noooo he just wanted to shoo me away.
Look I've bought well over $2000.00 from your Vista Paint.
Thanks to your negative responses to my requests that day, I've found a much better paint supplier with superb customer service, better prices that are able to handle my account.

Can you please be more organize on your marketing strategy because you make people upset by giving away HOAX flyers or Coupons saying free 2 pint paint colors. I just moved to a new house a got a flyers with this kind of HOAX FLYERS in mail, to my excitement, I went to vista paint and wanted to claim the 2 pint size paint to try them out, but when I get into the store they said, "oh we don't do them anymore, we stop them long them ago". Is this a joke? then it's not f***ing funny. Then why the hell you don't arrange it to your management or marketing team to make your marketing strategy be more organize. Is this the way you organize your marketing just to get people visit your d**n store just to get attention? I WISH THAT SOMEDAY You'll get sued because of this HOAX IDEA. SO frustrating. Guys who are reading my comment, please don't buy here, I'll recommend home depot, than going to this hoax paint store.

Mr. Attitude no people skills manager Mark finally chased away his excellent workers. Now that Eva and Ryan are gone this place is a shambles and he's chasing away the customers. Tried returning a gallon of Vista Paint, and this guy Mark says their is an A on the can and because I didn't have my receipt that day Mark didn't want to take it back and says that he didn't think it was their paint. Heeelllloooo!!! Are you a little slow upstairs? It has your store name on it. And I don't care what letter of the alphabet it has on your paint cans, you gave me the wrong paint to begin with. All I wanted was an exchange. How hard is that? But noooooo. You just chose to sit there and argue rather than pleasing the customer. Over the year I've spent well over $2000.00. Therefore because of your lack of customer service, I have found a better place with great prices and superb customer service

The service is great, and they have variety of products for painting, but it's very expensive, also a client parked in the handicap ramp and they didn't asked him to remove his car from there
