We went in today to ask for help with transporting contacts from a Google phone that had a non-visible screen (black screen) to an iPhone. Jalissa was eager to help. She didn’t give us instructions only and send us off. She patiently walked us through the whole process and was able to successfully complete this task!
We were so appreciative of her polite, respectful demeanor!

This was the fifth store I'd visited. Weeks of run around and excuses. These kind people actually helped me. And they did it with no drama. Thank you for helping me and my mom. The other four stores didn't. So grateful.

I have been a loyal Verizon customer for over 2 years. 2 years and 5 months to be exact. I've always paid my bill on time, and I never had any issues with the app or filing a claim. I loved Verizon and I felt that they provided decent cell service, they had great perks, and although it was pricier at $180 for 2 lines, I was happy with what I got. After 2 years, I went to THIS store to upgrade mine and my son's phones. I was told we didn't have upgrades at the time but if we got 2 new phone numbers we could get two free phones. I said yes and to my surprise two months later I'm billed $900. I've had a consistent bill of $180 for two years then it's $900. I call in. They do what they can. The next bill is now $700. Why? Not only did they NOT disconnect the old phone numbers which had plans that no longer exist and I LOVED but they upgraded them, added insurance on all 4 lines AND to top it off added home coverage. I'm FUCKING HOMELESS! My children and I live in a motel receiving services from a homeless shelter. So what fucking home am I trying to protect? For anyone worried, Verizon said they would cover my next bill with a $200 credit. Thank you so fucking much. That credit of $200 has helped me immensely, I'm being sarcastic. ALSO my issue is not with Verizon, because corporate has been helpful in finding a solution. My issue is with this store and the person who set this shit up. I must say the manager was nice over the phone and encouraged me to come in to sort it out. But how is this type of fraud acceptable. Corporate literally said on a recorded line twice that Verizon stores do things like this on purpose and trick you into getting things on your phone bill because you can't see what they do in store and for the future always make any purchases or bill changes over the phone

Jesus is horrible! I stood intentionally store waiting for someone to help me. He was sitting at a desk. After 5 minutes, he looked and asked, "Do you need help?" He was unconcerned about me as a customer. Send him to the competition. I will never visit this store again because of Jesus.

Shoutout to Jaime! He took the time to help our family with upgrading our daughter's phone and was awesome working with him. He is definitely the kind of person who makes it enjoyable to do these things and would definitely return to do business with him! Thanks Jaime! Great personality, caring and definitely deserves more than 5 starts!

My experience with Verizon was extremely disappointing. They were unhelpful in assisting me with activating my phones, and when I requested assistance with purchasing accessories, their response was incredibly lazy. Overall, I would not recommend their services.

Great and clean store! The agents and workers are so kind and understanding I’ve bought two items from there and they’re quick and fast for pickups and their security lockers are easy to use

This is a large Verizon owned and operated corporate store. It is located in the West Covina Parkway Plaza (Panera etc.) at West Covina and California (across the street from the West Covina Plaza). It was well stocked. Registration for servicing was smooth. My representative (Miguel) was knowledgeable and welcoming.

AVOID THIS PLACE AND STAY AWAY FROM ALBERTO!!!Everyone should avoid this place, specially dealing with Alberto that is a liar and probably taking advantage of every customer that steps on this store. We called Verizon to complain about this individual and we hope they get rid of this person.AVOID THIS PLACE!

The staff in this store have poor service attitude and racial discrimination. Asians must not come to this store, they will be treated unfairly! I waited for over an hour and no one asked me, even helped a guest who came later than me.
