Bought a Groupon, they accepted it. Told me I had to pay a 30 dollar difference because it was European oil, I said ok I can work with that. They finished the service and right before I was going to drive away they told me they can’t accept the Groupon and I had to pay 50 instead. I told they that I had specifically asked if they accepted the promotion if not I would go somewhere else, they changed they mind after providing service and made me pay the 50. Not at all happy with this place. Done all my most recent oil service here, never had this issue.

I actually like the way they worked I went with my daughter. They said we could stay in the car with our dog ? while they worked Nick was very polite. Made a few suggestions on the air filter the tires, and he even reset the maintenance thing for us. I think it was an awesome experience. We got there in about 12 minutes they had put air in one of our tires check for other fluids. Suggest that we change the air filter. They were pretty decent and they even gave us a coupon for $10 I think it’s a good place for an oil change. The guys won’t be trying to oversell like other places, and they do recommend certain important things won’t be pushyThey were actually very polite and service was quick. I don’t have many pictures, but I will go back and get some more. They actually earned it.Service was 59$ - 10$ coupon we paid $51.00 fair price I’d say

The staff at every Valvoline (this is my regular place) are, truly, a well-oiled machine. Complimented by an always cheerful & thorough staff. Excellent interactions at about half-a-dozen visits so far.

Sunday 9.17.23 stop by need a wick oil change , first experience stay in the car , then what shock me the price was high for an oil change , second the gentleman who was creating the receipt never explain what they were going to do , third surprise was when I was leaving a Caucasian guy was laughing an texting on his phone not sure what he was texting picture of the motor , picture of the vin , but he had a stupid smile in his face , for me personally was not a good experience .

Everyone was friendly and went above and beyond! I was getting ready to drive back to Texas and needed an oil change when going to the dealership was not convenient. The way they siphoned the oil out was so cool to me. Thanks guys

They no longer accept Groupons .. there are a few new guys there w no customer service skills ... this place was usually great w their customer service but no more ... might give it one more try but If I want to pay 100 dollars for an oil change and an extra $$5 dollars to add a few ounces of coolant ! At least people can be nice !!

I needed an oil change, and a local resident referred me to this location. They were fast and got the job done but they try to upsale you on various services so be warned. You can obviously decline but be warned that what could be a simple $60 oil change can turn into a $200 service fee.

I have been coming here for a couple years now and have had a great experience every time. They are open Sundays which is super convenient as well as their hours during the week. The staff here is kind and helpful. They make recommendations but are not pushy. They offer some other services like engine filter change, cabin filter change and even batteries. The get your oil change done fast. If you are looking for a trustworthy place for an oil change check this place out.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement
