I had such a great experience at this local engraving shop. Russ the owner was very accommodating and was able to meet my deadline with short notice. I'll definitely be returning for future projects.

My son was in need of a plaque to put on his Eagle project and we found this place close to home. It's in a quiet plaza east of the Edward's cinemas in West Covina. Russ was the engraver who assisted us. He was super kind and friendly and he provided recommendations of materials based on where my son's project was being stored and said plastic was better than metal if it was being kept outside. Russ said it could be completed before his project date. I just picked up the plaque yesterday and it looks great! The only thing I wish was that we didn't have to follow up so much to try and get the proof before the engraving. My son had to call a couple times before he got the proof (the afternoon before we had to pick up).

Trophy Center always comes through! Needed to order some nametags for new employees and they created them with no problems. They even shipped them to us! Thanks for always working with us! Russ was amazing and very accommodating especially since I had to keep adding additional nametags to create.

One of your old school shops. They are on top of your engraving needs. Had some trophies done. Came back and got hooked up on some plaques. Prices are very reasonable. Parking is not bad. They also do custom work .

Tried trophy center for our school for the first time. They were very accommodating with our short notice order. They were a little more expensive than what we usually pay, but the work and service were totally worth it.

We have done business with the good people of Trophy Center US for years, but that relationship ended this morning. A memorial plaque for a beloved member of the community was poorly engraved and scratched by them. They said they would grind it down and try to fix it. Months later they are saying that they don't have time to do it because other orders are coming in and must turn around in two days. That makes no sense. The widow is asking where is her husbands plaque and they cannot even promise a date of completion at a future date. They suggested we go elsewhere because they are busy. That's a good idea and I suggest others do the same!

These guys deliver. This was my second time ordering multiple trophys and plaques during their busiest time of the year. They don't promise anything they can't deliver. Thanks Adam and all the guys in the back....

The company I work for uses Trophy Center for our specialized plaques. We were previously having them made at another shop but chose Trophy Center because of their prices, location and good customer service. They were able to match the look of our current plaques with the same font and colors. They take pride in their work and always make sure we are happy with the final product. Adam and Russ are easy to work with and I would recommend this shop for any needs you may have for trophies, plaques, etc.

They saved me!!! Order Championship rings for my Tiny Mite Football players (ages 5-7) at the very last minute and they came thru. They made everything possible to have them at the banquet and distribute them. The boys were so so Happy! Thank you Adam for all your help...you are a savior! You made 27 kids and 5 coaches and all the parents Extremely happy! Once again...Thank you!!! Definitely and Highly Recommend this location!

Friendly, knowledgable, helpful staff. Wide selection of trophies, plaques, medals, engravable gifts. All engraving masterfully done. Have been going there for years for team awards and personal gifts. Always thrilled with the items. Highly recommend!
