We really appreciate the staff of TLC. They are very caring and excellent in customer service. We have found that as soon as a medication is available for pickup or delivery, we are notified. They are a great group of people.

Cam is amazing! This is the only pharmacy my family comes to. I mean my whole family! Mom, brother & sister. They are quick, efficient and ever so helpful. I started to go Here for my rx pills. The service is fast and friendly staff. Great place to if your are not wanting to go to huge lines at CVS. Or riteaid.

PakMyMeds is an excellent alternative to bottles. Each pack is dated and has the day of week on it. It's convenient and reduces the possibility of making mistakes in your doses. Love it! TLC Medical Arts Pharmacy in West Covina is the best!

TLC Pharmacy… I have been getting my prescriptions filled with them for a few years and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Kam and his staff are very professional. Kam makes you feel like he really cares, you’re not just a number. He knows you by name and remembers what you take. I love that they text me and call me to remind me about my prescriptions refills

I love the pill packs it’s very very easy to take my pills the right way. And the dates reminds me when I have to get my refills so I never miss taking my medication’s.

Horrible pharmacy. First of all looks dirty. Second - had an appointment at 4:30 to get vaccine. Was not seen until 5:20. 3 people were in front of me. Ridiculous and incompetent. Their medical supplies were kept on a chair in a plastic dollar tree bin. Does not look sanitary.

New owners at this location. I just picked up my medicine and the pharmacist gave me EXPIRED medicine he showed me the date. And said it's OK to use I didn't want to argue with him. So I got home called my Dr. and explain what just happened. I will never go there again!!!!!
