I love watches. I am so happy to have found this place and to have met HARRY. I am fascinated with the intricacy of certain Casio watches. So fascinated that I have two or three of two different models. Because they are relatively inexpensive, when they stopped working, I just bought a new one. Little did I know that with a new battery they would work perfectly. But the real trick is in setting them using the world time settings. HARRY replaced the batteries and set all of the watches which are now perfectly synchronized. I've got a whole other batch of watches that I'm taking in next time. My Christmas gifts to me.

Good customer service.I have been going to this shop for my battery replacement for the last 15 years. Based on the trust I had from my past experience, I went to this same shop for my two watches. The guy looked like the son, and he charged me for 95 dollars for two watches. I had been other shops for my Swiss move watches before, and they had never charged me more than non Swiss made watches for battery replacement. I didn't do my research and shop around this time, so I went ahead and paid for it. Later, I felt that it was expensive so I started to read other customer's reviews on this shop. I saw other customers had the same concerns and the owner responded to it. Therefore, I decided to give it a try. When I texted to the phone number they provided, I got a rapid response. I voiced my concerns and disappointment. They quickly offered me a compensation or refund, so I took the refund on a very reasonable manner.I believe that they do provide a quality service. If you have questions about the price and charge, please feel free to ask them. I do believe that they provide a good customer service as well.I will certainly return to this shop for my future battery replacement needs. Come out and try it out!

CROOKED BUSINESS! PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS! I'm questioning all the five stars reviews. Read the one star reviews and the replies, you can tell the personality of the owner. We brought in two passed down Rolex, one for cleaning he charged $100(an arm), could have done a better job of cleaning. The other was wristband shortened $75(a leg) to remove 5 links, which he only returned one link back to us, did not realize until we got home, went back and ask for the other four links and his answer was "NOT A CHANCE ", he started to lecture me about the watches, according to him NOW I know that my lost links were solid 18k gold. We COUNTED the links before brought it in. Harry, if you want your business to be successful be HONEST and have MORALS, you need to learn how to be HUMBLE too dear!
