I got sold a Roku but the remote was not working so I had to waste my time and gas to go back to the store, I was told that it was on sale when I purchased it and that I would have to pay 10 bucks more to exchange it. So I received i gift card only to be told that they would not give me the original price as promised. The electronics clerk named Monica was talking to her friends for 30 mins until she decided to do her job. Terrible values, and treatment of the community this store should be removed.

This target is becoming ghetto like the walmart in gale, but beware of a worker name luis, who wears a red vest, has curly hair and glasses. Been seeing him give attitude to customers and also his own colleagues. Target really needs to keep that worker in check.

Manager please respond!!! I called every department in your store several times from 9:45-10:25 just to get ahold of someone to see if you had an item in stock before driving 40 mins there without knowing if you even have it & NOBODY EVER ANSWERED ANY PHONE IN ANY DEPARTMENT! That is unacceptable!

I normally love this Target, but tonight had a bad incident that left a sour taste in my mouth. I saw online that there was an item left in-stock so decided to hop over. I couldn’t find the item on the shelves so I found Clark and asked him to see if they had any in the back. He told me this item was reserved for online orders, refusing to even take out his device when I asked. I left the store but realized he lied to me when I got back to the car. This item can’t be ordered online until Xmas eve. I can’t believe his attitude!! Definitely would not recommend this Target over the ones with better staff, like Pasadena East.

I hate this place. There are never enough cashiers and even the self check out line is long. I went to pay for my one item and when I went to put my bill in to pay it ripped being spit back out. I called for assistance but I was just told I would have to get in and see a cashier! I just waited in line!! The self check out clerk was not helpful or even friendly. The prices here are just going up and quality is going down, apparently the workforce is declining as well.

This is a 5 star rating for the Starbucks inside Target for the baristas (2 girls) working yesterday afternoon. Thank you for being so sweet and returning my lost phone!!! Also the cashier while checking out helped so much with adding my gift cards into my target circle she was very patient!!!

DO NOT GET GIFT CARDS!!!!Really really bad service, when you want to use your gift card they ended saying it doesn't have any money even if you got it for a gift, they just give you a telephone number BUT they NEVER give you your money BACK
