I contacted Thomas, DBA at T-Mack and he sounded like an eager & nice gentleman. I liked his attitude and he answered all my questions. I scheduled an appointment on Wednesday, June 1, at 3:00 pm. As of 4 pm, Thomas didn't arrive or even called to cancel my appointment. I called his phone and he didn't pick up. I left a message. I received a call later and he apologized for not showing up. He stated that he was involved in an accident. I reschedule my appointment for Saturday, June 3, at 2 pm. I texted Thomas this morning to confirm my appointment for today. He replied quickly and said, "Yes ma'am 2 pm see you then." This guy NEVER showed up or returned my phone call. If you WANT poor service give him a call.

Thomas just finished a #3 package detail on my 2018 Mazda CX5 RubyRed! She has not been given much love due to other challenges taking my time and money. I am here to tell you that my car looks just like it did the day I drove it of the dealerships lot. Thomas is a great communicator and keeps his appointments right on time - I value those things immensely. He is kind, polite and professional. We have another round of storms coming, but that is not his fault - lol. I will look forward to running errands in my newly detailed red hot ride! Call him - you will be happy with his work!
