Bread was hard I went in the morning around 930 I think he is the manager and he gave me old bread it was hard to bite into is not fair paying full price for the sandwich and I had to take half of the bread off. Don’t like this

Check your receipt... they added "ultimate" to many popular sandwiches saying they add extra meat; however, if you simply order an "Italian BMT" they'll prepare the regular one but charge you for the "ultimate"-- they act like it's an innocent error, but they always do it ?Purposefully confusing menu... Plus, this is the only subway I know of that blocks your view of sandwich meat and cheese selections. Makes me wonder if they're hiding something. Poor service.

Came in on warm summer day, the guys working wiping their foreheads from sweat, continuing to work. Meanwhile, there are flies flying around the meats and condiments and landing on the bread as the sammiches are being prepped. Once seeing this I promptly walked out without ordering.Do better Subway! At least turn on the AC in summer

Probably the worst Subway sandwich I’ve ever had. First off went in before 11 AM. They didn’t have breakfast available anymore so I opted for a sandwich. Got the American club sandwich 6 inch on the wheat , once i bit into it and realized the bread was totally at least a day old. It was stale and hard. Of course I didn’t realize until I was on the freeway so I didn’t go back. Also, Employees were too busy joking with each other, and laughing instead of diverting their attention to their customers. I also recommend they wear facemask. If you’re going to be joking and talking while handling our food, please wear a mask, we don’t need to eat their spit. I expected better from Subway.

This 5 star rating is for the blonde hair girl with the blue eyes. I feel like an ass for not remembering her name but please make that girl the manager! I come to this Subway only cuz it's better than the one off Azusa but now it's my favorite one since she's been there. She's super nice, clean, very approachable and listens to how you want your sandwich made. Thank you for hiring such a person!

Horrible customer service SO RUDEE !!! It was like 40 min before closing time they were so rude and said we couldn't eat inside anymore.... Will never come back again !!

Terrible Experience. We walk in and the employees are standing around. The older Hispanic guy in his 50s come up to the bread section after standing for 7 minutes and says hold on we have to work on this order first. I'm assuming an online order. Very rude. Terrible customer service. Will report to corporate

Rushed all the way over here to try to get a quick sandwich and I guess they closed early tonight. Not a big deal, I get it New Years Day. The issue for me were the two guys inside working who thought it was a great idea to laugh at me and mock me. I understand that I missed the cut off time but to add insult to injury like that was quite unnecessary. If they do that to a customers face, I wonder what kind of people these are to have them around my food. I won't be back to this Subway, may not be an issue for most but it was enough of one for me to never come back.

We just received our first pick up order. The woman that serviced us was very friendly and followed our online instructions. They worked fast and our order was ready in about 15 mins for 4 sandwiches. Very happy with this subway!
