Each time I'm there to do something that literally should take less than 5 mins, I'm waiting more than 30 mins. yesterday I was there to switch out a router and I was there waiting for over an hour and they weren't all that busy. it was on a Saturday (10/26/24) around 5:30pm and I didn't get out of there until 7pm!
but, props to the person that helped me, it only took her a couple of mins to help me.

Last week, Spectrum sales reps showed up uninvited, knocking aggressively to sell their services. One nearly broke down my door with their forceful approach. It was a frustrating and concerning experience, leaving me with a bitter impression of the company.

Made online appt at 1040am. Website hours show open at 10am. Door hours say 11am. Had to wait. 20 min for them to open. Called cust serv- was told to ask mall spectrum to update website hours. Misleading hours.
