I bought 2 water bongs both were defected I went back and told the owner he didn't offer anything at all. These bongs don't work at all unable to get a good puff . I had to throw them away .

Customer service was great but the prices cut certain things change depending on cashier, and if you're paying cash. Seems like potential employee theft but idk maybe prices fluctuate this way per owner standards.

Im a long time customer and have even kept coming to this location after I moved to Riverside. Buyer beware. No Refund/No Exchange means no warranty. I bought a 510 thread vape pen from them which worked great in the store. When I went to charge it the first time the cable had a hard time working. Its a simple micro usb so I can guarantee it is not user error. The second time I went to charge it didn't charge and it looks like the charging port is loose from the pcb board. When I went to get a replacement they told me once I leave the store there is no warranty. How was I suppose to know it would charge that wasn't tested in store. There are plenty of other shops in the area, do yourself a favor go to a store that stand by the products they sell. Avoid this place for anything but 35 cent a gallon water.

I unfortunately purchased a torch from this location. Wouldn't work. took it back was told to come back after 2:00. went back the next morning. Spoke with the Father he was very RUDE said he couldn't help me and i was out of luck..... $50.00. p.s. I overpaid for this item .I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I stared coming here for my Water. Honestly the best in town (i am super picky) I tried other places to fill up my gallon water and nothing compares. They sell everything a Smoke Shop sell and some. Prices are very reasonable. The guy who helped me was super cool! I def recommend coming and checking this place out.
