“My husband needed clothes for my mother's funeral, and from the minute we walked in we got excellent customer service, and we're given condolences at multiple moments. My husband was able to get his entire outfit, but it cost a little more than we had available at the time. They did what they could up to paying the last couple of dollars for me. At this time, I can't express how appreciative I am for that. We will return if my husband needs clothes again.”

“Whenever I'm in this mall, I stop by to see what grabs my attention. Off Broadway is like a really nice WSS. Excuse the lousy example. But I really like that they have a huge variety! You pick your own size and they have a few seats and mirrors to help you find the right fit. Staff is always helpful and happy. I come here often. Good deals and they also have hats and other apparel. So shout out to the workers for always giving me a good experience. Keep it up”

“Noely thank you I had recently purchased a pair of timberland boots when I bought them the man said they would stretch out but for the 20 mins I had them on they were still to painful and if I spent that much money on a pair of shoes I would expect no pain iam a 9 wide in women and I had to get a 10 for my foot to fit.I decided to return them cause my foot was swelling up journey said they only exchange or store credit cause I wore them for 20 mins I was upset however noely was kind to help even though at first I was kinda aggressive but she found a solution for my situation and iam very greatfulAt first I didn't wanna go back to journeys but because of her and the way she helped my situations I would return to journeys hoping to find more like her thank you again noely”

“I have been here a couple times an never had a negative experience...the people here are always helpful and always happy to greet you when there near the entrance...this store is spacious and has lots of selections on your favorite brands...pro tip if you have the DSW app and it's cheaper online through DSW.com they will price match the cheaper cost in store... I also had a coupon on the app so I got 25 % off on my entire purchase which was surprisingly nice too and unexpected. I would definitely recommend this store/location and thank you for making my visit a pleasant shopping experience...I will be back! ;)”

“This store is conveniently located inside of the West Covina Plaza. Parking is easy if you park in the back of the Plaza. This is a very clean and modern looking shop. It also sells a lot of unique and fashionable items, from small to big. This Italian design shop has its famous shoe designs for both men and women. Plus, it has a lot of masks and jewelry, hair accessories to look sharp and fancy, even just for window shopping, it is fun to visit.”
“I bought this really cute black and white skirt with the matching top, bought it in large just in case it ran small. It does run small by a lot, super cute an all but way too small it seems as if it wasn't meant for a curvy body.”

“Went in looking for a sport coat after having already visited Macy's, JC Penny, and H&M and he was able to correctly size me just by looking at me. I'm a tall guy and he was able to find something for me super quick. Highly recommend. He gave me a great deal and even threw in some matching pants. Don't underestimate this place!”
