Vanessa the assistant store manager and her staff had gone above and beyond for us during our recent renovation. We had to make several trips back to the store to choose paint colors and adjust paint. The staff here were kind to explain the different types of paint and make suggestions as to what would work best in our scenario. As we all know, going through a home renovation is stressful in itself, the staff were upfront and honest and made this whole process a breeze. I highly recommend this store if you or anyone has a need for paint and materials! We will be bringing our business here in the future!

Based on my visit on January 12, 2021: Acute lack of Covid-19 precautions. Manager yelling into the phone on the floor without a mask - yes. Doors open for ventilation - no. Hand sanitizer available for those handling the paint color samples - no. I'm surprised the staff are all out on worker's comp. If I catch Covid, I will be suing this company.

This store has superb customer service. I made several trips to the store when I was painting my patio wall over the summer. Vanessa always remembers my name and was super helpful. Even though the sales event just ended, she still gave me the sales price on the paint. I would highly recommend this store if you are going to Sherwin-Williams in the area.
