Went in there to get Sephora lip stains because they are my favorite not one person said hello welcome there were three people just standing there talking as you walk in. I asked another girl where your compact concealers are and it look like I was bothering her she pointed, and then I went on then I went to the register, there was trash everywhere. I could not find one wipe or spray the girl that was ringing me up got interrupted by another worker for a cologne Somebody was waiting for it in line 3 people behind me then another girl stopped her mid transaction if I was a thief, I could've easily put lipstick in my purse while the girl rang me up wasn't even finished with my transaction, and carried a conversation with the girl who needed help she had to go back into the computer to make sure she got everything thought it was very improvisational and inappropriate. I never write reviews on anything and I feel like this is that deserves it .

LOVE. LOVE. LOVE. Art!!! So extremely knowledgeable and friendly. If you're looking for some informative advice on products and just an over all right direction on product - Go see him. Conversation with him is honestly like talking to your best friend.

Always tried giving this store the benefit of the doubt and the employees there are just no help. I was there for about 30 minutes hoping someone would come help me and no one came up to me to ask if I needed any type of help, employees were either just walking around or on their phones. Got frustrated trying to color match myself so I ended up just walking out.

I came into the store today and there were 3 girls by the front door doing something in the corner. They did not say hello or ask me if I needed any help. They walked past me a couple of times and still nothing. The cashier wasn’t very friendly either.

So, Chris V. Did amazing on my makeup, but my mom was up next to get her makeup done by Yvonne, and let me tell you she was rude and had no customer service to my mom, all she wanted was a natural look. From lip shade to the eyeliner , Yvonne disagreed with everything. She was rushing through everything to the point she was hurting her. But knowing how sweet my mom is, she still tipped her. I just wished her customer service was better towards her. I will always protect her.

Took my wife to check out this store and let just say, Sephora is a great place to find the right makeup! The staff is very knowledgeable and will go the extra distance to assist you in having you look your best!

My 2nd go to Sephora in my area. Staff are very friendly. A lot of variety. A tad much if you'll ask me as it feels a little bit cramped in the store. It's a big store however, too many shelves and could be a little bit uncomfortable when numerous customers walk about. Also, the entrance is found outside the mall if anyone is looking for it.

Went in looking for a Men's facial scrubber. Sadly, I was advised by a very nice store employee that the only men's products sold at this store were men's colognes. No problem, I thought to myself and approached the men's cologne section located to the rear of the store. There were fifteen to twenty different men's cologne's on display, all of which had a unique and very nice scents.Pricing was a tad high but you get what you paid for with most items regardless of the price. That goes for ANY product from ANY store Overall, this store was very well organized, fully stocked and employees here make you feel welcome.

My sister and I went in to redeem my birthday gift. The sales associate gave me a gift that he chose and said it was the only one they had. I showed my sister what I got and expected her to have the same one, but she was able to get a gift of her choice. So, a terrible experience overall.
