Don't believe reviews here some may not be real After my post MGR call me to refuse Service to me just because he had to release my car after 3 months just sitting their getting dust and was damage more from their incompetence or retaliation ask questions first get your answered and have it in writing any question ask me about it I though their name was for the best I was wrong but I have a New place Thanks to my Insurance this will not happen again we trust this businesses with our beloved cars Don't expect what I received a broken door handle my car door doesn't open anymore it did before I drop it off reviews should have picture.

No one anticipates an accident, but if you are like me (a pretty good driver who hadn't been in an accident~20years) I was so scared of navigating the insurance, where to go to get my car fixed, or what was I going to drive to work?!? Blanca at Sneider's was the first person I was in contact with after a referral from my mechanic. I called my insurance and thank God they approved me to go here. Luis (go Niners!) helped me and answered all my questions and concerns and Veronica called me and updated me EVERY DAY!!! This staff is hard working, polite and understanding! They made this whole experience not only bearable but easy!!! They are a well oiled machine! I would give them 10 stars if I could! Thank you all!!!! You make a difference!!

Great service, quick, and reliable! First time taking my vehicle to any body shop for repairs and Seidner's West Covina did an excellent job! Big shout out to Sal, Pedro, and Christopher Gamboa for helping me get my vehicle quicker than expected. Looked brand new as if the accident never happened! Would definitely recommend coming here for those who are in doubt.

Seidner's were very professional. Got my car fixed sooner than what was projected. The car looked just like new again. I really liked that they kept me informed of the progress of the car. This shop was recommended by AAA and did not disappoint. I would totally recommend these shop to anyone. I'm not really looking forward to see them soon but if I really need a body shop, most definitely I'm coming back.

This evening, I wanted to make sure that I took the same amount of time like the employee, (I am definitely going to find out her name, edit this review and include it in this review) took with listening to me. She was such an Amazing employee! When I called crying out for help from the way I was mistreated at the Seidner's Collision on Redlands Blvd, located in Loma Linda, CA. (It was a domino effect of Disrespect from the Manager, Dripping down to the supervisor and employee.) This Amazing employee apologized, (From the lack of Customer Service Skills Loma Linda, on Redlands Blvd, displayed) The beauty of it all she was able to transfer me to Seidner's Corporate Office and God truly Blessed me with an genuine Angel, (Mary~Regional Manager Assistant) Mary was a phenomenal Active listener with an abundance of empathy. I read the disturbing comments I received from Manager Gene due to the review I wrote in regard to the Customer Service I received. It was so horrific until he message me an insulting comment about complainers, "Yes that is exactly right". Mind you I have been an AAA member for approximately 38 years in Excellent standing and always had integrity and respect and AAA have always been the same way. Providing Excellent Customer Service or should I say, "Legendary." Importantly, AAA referred me to Seidner's in Loma Linda, CA, on Redlands Blvd. Mary, you went well and beyond the call of duty with restoring my integrity, dignity, pride and respect as a potential customer and abundance of patience while I voiced my concerns. Importantly, if I lived in your area, I definitely would have had Seidner's repair my vehicle. Much Love and Respect for you. I appreciate you making me feel valued and your words of encouragement. Words of comfort. After I finished providing you the pertinent information and we hung up, approximately, 5-10 minutes later I received a telephone call from the Regional Manager, Armando. He was so sensational with his words of kindness and allowed me to voice my frustrations of the entirety of the situation at hand. The sad part, Armando apologized like Mary and they have, "Legendary", Customer Service Skills. (It was Manager Gene in Loma Linda). The blessing, You can hear it through their Voices on the phone they genuinely care about ensuring all customers are completely satisfied and understand the reality when customers drive to a Collision Shop they're already having anxiety from the accident.. Armando, apologies from me to you for having to take time to listen to my concerns and crying out for help to be heard and understanding none of us are perfect to include myself. At the end of the day Communication is a reality for customers to feel valued and when you are highly Accredited by AAA, they put their seal of deliverance for their clients to have a, "Wow", Experience. Armando, Mary and the employee that transferred the call to Mary and after speaking with you. I was so grateful and definitely had a, "Wow", experience and this Team right here is definitely, "Legendary!" I definitely will be contacting my insurance adjuster and restore AAA bragging rights about Seidner's!! In my reality, 5 Star's definitely was Not enough from how Armando and Mary how you made my day with your Kind Words and acknowledging as a 38 year AAA member and 64 1/2 years old, that speaks volumes. Billion Star's to Regional Manager and it is very understandable why you have that Title and your backbone Mary!Smile! Before, I close, Letty was Amazing, and there was another gentleman that had words of affirmation like Letty, "Hello", and, "Thank You," alway will make anyone's day brighter!! Armando you did that!!!! Much Love and Respect to Mary, Employee that transferred the call and YOU. I definitely see why you are the BIG BOSS with the HOT-SAUCE!!! Lol's! "LEGENDARY YOU ARE," just like my Insurance Adjusters Danielle, and Sevak! Thank You!

Worst service ever. Dont bring your vehicle here they disassembled the vehicle and still didn't fix it. I was asking for them to just reassemble it so i can drive it and they are charging me money

I took my Toyota pickup truck to Seidners Collision Center in West Covina for vehicle repair. The customer service is outstanding!Sal, estimator was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the process of the repair and keeping me updated with text messages and phone calls.Verónica, service representative has great people skills, she is very nice, polite, pleasant, professional and service oriented. I want to specially thank Pedro Manager, for ensuring that the quality of work performed on the vehicle is to the satisfaction of the customer. I am very happy and pleased with the work performed! The paint job is perfect.I highly recommend this place!!?

The Covina location was A+ from start to finish. I was informed about my vehicle every step of the way. When a situation was presented, Vu informed me and did not leave me in the dark. But to my surprise, my car was ready 1 week and a half earlier than anticipated. Would definitely recommend Covina Seidner’s to any and everybody!!!

Sent my work truck in after a collision, truck came back 10x better than i was expecting. Paint match up perfect with existing panels. Vu was my contact and was on top of everything. Highly recommend!
