I thrift often and this is one of my favorite stops. Having said that, there are definitely some issues I take with the store. The things I love: First, the store opens at 9:00am. I appreciate a thrift store that opens early. I spend 2-3 hours in here, and then get on with my life while the day is still young. There is plenty of parking and there is a Starbucks in the same shopping center - convenient! The store is relatively clean and the racks are not so packed that you can't browse without a battle. I have found true treasure here! Madewell, J.Crew, Banana Republic, Maeve, and vintage Victoria Secret just to name a few. This is why I keep coming back! The things I love a little less: This is based on personal preference, but it may be important to others...I like when each item is priced. It isn't like that here. Instead, there are signs on each rack stating the prices, but it can be confusing. For example, t-shirts are $2.99 and short sleeve tops are $3.99. Items that are clearly t-shirts are at times considered tops and rung up a dollar more than what is posted. When I questioned this in the past, I was told the t-shirt I was purchasing was "nicer than an average t-shirt" and so was therefore considered a top. I don't like this. It's only a $1.00 difference, but that's not really the point here. Another issue I have is that colored tags are pierced through the actual clothes, not on the tag. Nothing kills the excitement of scoring an awesome piece like having a hole in it from a thick, plastic tag. Overall, I enjoy coming to this location even if I sometimes end up frustrated by tag holes in my thrifted t-shirts. I definitely recommend giving it a go!

Staff is very unprofessional. They shout at each other while customers are trying to shop. Absolutely no common courtesy.

Donation drop off at this location is always quick and easy. The inside staff is a problem. Several workers were very obnoxious and loudly speaking to each other as if no one else was in the store. It made my shopping experience very annoying and I left before I was even done looking. Absolutely no professionalism.

Not sure how often a thrift store checks Yelp, but there's only a handful of thrifts I enjoy visiting. When the Goodwill down the street closed, my favorites got narrowed down to this location and the Goodwill in diamond bar. Stores can't really control what they get donated- but I always have luck finding things at this location both in clothing and housewares. Mostly leaving the review because I don't come into contact with many kind (not overbearing with "obligatory"/friendly generic question) customer service employees. Today I got to ask the associate working what his name was, because he's been kind to speak to in both brief checkout interactions I've had recently. So here's a Yelp shoutout to Tony, thank you for being a kind human being in a thrift store that I can find good treasures in!

Not really sure how to rate a thrift store and donation center when I only visit the donation center. I will say that the store Manager is extraordinarily helpful and knowledgeable about the organization. She's been there several times when I've dropped off donations including earlier today. I very much hope she remains at the store for awhile since I'm always a bit relieved when she is. While the other staff is generally friendly they're not always as knowledgeable or helpful as her. (Great hair too!)

Jenny and Chris were amazing. Extremely helpful and moved our large storage unit haul into the appropriate bins super quickly. They were dynamic and moved everything on the fly and were sweet and gracious. Highly recommend the donation center. They were clear with the acceptance criteria (they put things straight into the floor, so make sure furniture is up to snuff! Anything excessively scuffed or with water stains need to go somewhere else). Clear and concise. It was an in and out quick visit. Donations are 9 am and 8 pm drop off. Just make sure it’s clean and they’ll be able to move it quickly. They also accept working electronics like speakers. It’s pretty busy as well (drop offs in the back- there is a sign directing you).

I went yesterday to drop off a few items. There was other people as well dropping of their items. No workers were insite. Then a woman comes out very snappy and rude ordering people around on how and where they should be placing their items. I witnessed her being very rude to a lady.I spoke up when she very rudely and snappy told my son not to place the toys in the linen container . So I told her there's no toy container for toys. She then raised her voice and began saying that's what I'm taking out now the toy container. I asked to speak to the manager she said I am the manager. Shes obviously lacking on her people skills. I will no longer drop off any items there.

I've been coming to this Salvation Army for a couple years now, it's in a good location and of course like any other thrift store it is a hit or miss. I love thrifting however at this particular location the majority of employees are extremely rude. I've had a few negative interactions with staff but the most recent one was today. I was buying some children's clothing and the cashier insisted that two of the clothing items were adult clothing and was gonna charge adult clothing prices when they were NOT adult clothing. I understand sometimes things are misplaced but even the brands were children's clothing brand AND children's sizing. I ended up not taking those items which was really unfortunate and unnecessary!

I came here in search of items for my upcoming wedding; it was my first time in. Comparatively to other thrift stores, I found the selection to be varied and large. The store is very conveniently located near other stores and quick-service restaurants. Parking is ample. I cannot speak to the customer service since I did not buy anything, but I will be back! The attached pictures are a few of my potential purchases.
