Found a car I wanted to buy on their website, sent out request to confirm details. Sales called and confirmed availability and details I requested for the particular car I wanted. Then they ran my credit, asked for documents, and confirmed the financial terms and rates, and asked me to come over. I thought it was a quick and straightforward deal. Nope!! Upon arrival, the exact same salesman that confirmed the deal with me brought me to a wrong car. I said no and requested him to bring me the car he confirmed with me. He then started to hard selling the car he had to show us, and brushing down the functions I request. Saying something like 4Matic is just a badge and does not do anything, blah blah blah… After I insisted a few times to get the particular car he confirmed, he then said the car was already sold on that morning. Hello?? He just called me at 5 pm to confirm the car was available and I went in at 7:40 pm and now the car was slide 10 hours ago??!!, Then what’s the point to run my credit when you were not even sure the car was there? And why did you tell me it was available? Anyway, he just went on and hard selling other cars disrespecting what options I needed.
Needless to say, I bought a car the next day from another dealership.

I had a very disappointing experience with this car dealership specially with Edmund. They were dishonest about the terms of the deal from the beginning. What was initially presented as a great offer turned out to be significantly different once I got into the paperwork. The dealership did not honor the promises made during negotiations, and their communication was poor throughout the process. I would advise others to be extremely cautious and ensure everything is clearly documented before finalizing any agreements. Unfortunately, this experience has left me quite dissatisfied.

One of the most irresponsible car shopping centers today, the manager of the sales department, Mr. Alen, and the inexperienced salesman, Mr. Arman, are among the cars that we chose for nearly 3 hours. I can tell you that I went looking for a lady with a small child. After 1 hour of driving, we entered the car showroom and saw the car. They promised to sell it to us and when we protested, Mr. Allen answered us with a very ugly behavior
