I recently purchased a Honda Odyssey from here , and the entire process was seamless. A special thanks to Jimmy Tang, the sales representative, who was incredibly professional and patient. He answered all my questions in detail and helped me choose the perfect model. The dealership itself was clean and well-organized, creating a comfortable environment. The final transaction was transparent and efficient, with no hidden fees. Overall, my car-buying experience was very pleasant I highly recommend this dealership

Terrible service
Guy in the Auto repair was super rude on the phone. I was trying to talk to the supervisor literally clueless. Seems like he was trying to back up. The employee wasn’t any help.

More of a review of the sales person than the dealer itself.
TLDR:
I was interested in buying a Civic Type R but the salesperson, Kunaal Sharma, refused to let me sit in the car stating concerns about property theft (saying something along the lines of "some people try to steal the shift knob") which is quite rude to insinuate I would do something like that.
Although he let me sit after asking again, this negative experience led me to reconsider purchasing from this salesperson or even negotiate, and I ultimately went to another dealer.
Review:
Was interested in a Civic Type R with intention to buy. I have been dying to see one in person for a while to actually sit and see how the racing seats fit and I finally had the opportunity at this dealer.
Unfortunately the sales person helping me, Kunaal Sharma would not let me sit in the car. When I asked why, he told me it was because of risk of property theft (saying something along the lines of "some people try to steal the shift knob"). I was shocked to say the least. Not only was he not going to let me sit in the car, he inferred I had some sort of nefarious intentions. I had to ask again informing him of how absurd it is to try to buy a car without even sitting in it and he finally let me.
I have never been treated so rudely by a Honda sales person. Unfortunately, this made me reconsider buying the car from this sales person and I ended up going to another dealer.
Never had issues at this dealer as I bring my car into service all the time. I helped a friend get his Civic from here too. Despite having had good experiences at this dealership in the past, this incident left a bad impression.

"They withdrew money from my bank account without permission. I opened a case with the bank, and the dealer told me that they had refunded the money. Two weeks passed, and I still hadn't received the refund. Then, the dealer told me the bank was holding the refund, but the bank told me they never processed any refund. Today, when I contacted them again, they gave me the most ridiculous explanation: 'We never withdrew money from your account.'"

Went in for oil change the lady that checked me in was very friendly . She then directed me to wait in my car and to get in the line to get my car serviced but they skipped me in line twice even though my number was next. They dont even say good morning as they walk to my car or a smile. Definitely need to work on their customer service

When I heard Honda was making a Hybrid Civic I gave my information (name, #, email) asking them to contact me when they arrived so I could purchase one. I explained to them how I commute far for work and I wanted to get one before returning for the school year (I’m a teacher so I have summers off). He promised to inform me when they receive the shipment. He failed to call or email me. I called multiple locations to see who had this model since the school year was approaching fast. After I contacted this location giving a chance to the guy but another salesperson helped me instead. They told me they had gotten the cars and I could look at it, but wouldn’t get to test drive it since they had to do some required work on it. I purchased and picked it up the next day, and I have had so much trouble since. I picked it up (7/31) the salesman said that he was going to schedule an appointment the next day (8/1) but they never reached out. So, I took the car home and the next morning (8/1) I went to move my car and the car wasn’t working. It wasn’t reversing and a bunch of sensor lights pop up on the dash, one of them indicating the electric power steering I texted the salesman he didn’t answer me so I called Honda’s service center. They sent out a tow truck to pick up the car and bring it in. While I was waiting for the tow truck, the salesman called me apologizing and I didn’t need to go to the dealers. Whatever right, it finally works and I have my car so I didn’t bring it up. But now, I’m still annoyed with them because they never made the appointment for me and I have to keep contacting them to schedule this appointment. I start work again on (8/12) and I even told this to him, I wanted it done before I started work since my commute makes appointments difficult after work. So they finally called me (8/10) to make this appointment. When they asked if I could come during the week with the latest appointment being 1pm. Now how in the world is a teacher supposed to make that happen? Now I’m forced to come in on a Saturday morning. Why would they make it difficult for me to come to this appointment when I had full availability from 8/1-8/9 to complete and it wouldn’t have been so difficult.
Oh, and the weatherproof mat they gave me looks like it’s been burnt or something and when I brought this up the salesman said he would give me a new one, I still never got word from him about when I could come pick up a replacement. I had been asking him about the mat and appointment since 8/2.
I’ve only had this car a week and a half and I feel like it’s been impossible and so difficult. Very unacceptable and unprofessional. This is how Honda is treating their customers?

Natalie Smith and Gabe Torres did an excellent job taking care of me and my family. As a first time buyer, I was able to comfortably get to an agreement in record time! With the help of those two, i was able to walk away with my first car. If anyone is to get a car from this location, find Natalie and Gabe. They were simply amazing!
