Wait time is 1.3 - 2 hours regardless of people in the branch . Service is horrible and the receptionist just talk to each other even when customers need help.

I swear to God it's always something with this bank. Things always getting flagged as fraud, can't send money to my bank via cash app because that gets flagged as fraud. Can't do my monthly walmart order because that gets flagged as fraud, they only send me a notice an hour later after much confusion and frustration. And where is the closest branch? 40+ miles away. I don't even know why I keep my account with them at this point to be honest. NFCU is really only good if you're in the armed forces, other than that you're better off changing banks.

Horrible customer service. I felt like I was profiled the minute I walked in. Took them almost 30 minutes to "verify" a signature on a check. Because God forbid I walk in with an actual legitimate check and valid ID. Wonder if they treat all customers like this or just the ones that look like me?

This branch is trash! They're used to people who don't have any class or money and think they can disrespect you because of the color of your skin. News flash: it's 2024, and slavery doesn't exist anymore. You will remember this day for the rest of your life; you will never tell anyone to “Get out.” again, you little teller. Thank you, Rebecca, for coming in and discussing the situation. Bad attitudes terminate the little woman, especially the one Navy Federal has made their manager. I was so close to terminating my account that if it weren't for all my direct deposits, I would been gone.

Words cannot describe how frustrated this branch made me, I usually go to the one in Ontario but I was out this way and boy should I just have waited till I got home. I was trying to make withdraw from one account and deposit it into another, you would think that I was trying to make them do the IMPOSSIBLE!!! I HAD TO GO BACK TO MY CAR SEVERAL TIMES bc I needed A, B, and C yet every time I came back with "what I need" it was always wrong. It took them almost an hour to do what the other branch would have done in 15 mins again. I also noticed that the 2 clerks that were working the desk were very nice to all the male customers but if it was a women they got the same service as me. NEVER AGAIN I advise anyone to avoid this branch at all cost and head to the one in Ontario

Everyone except the two black ladies that work here give me attitude everytime I come. One of the tellers today told my one year old to “calm down.” These two bad experiences in the same week with two different women have me considering leaving navy federal as a whole. I’ve had navy federal for 2 1/2 years and every other location I’ve been to, they’re extremely nice and welcoming and also no one tells my baby to calm down.

Do not open any accounts with NFCU, their customer service less than par, and for being a credit union do not have competitive loan or credit card rates. If you want to try to get check what your rate would be, they run a hard credit check, even though you had them check a rate a few months earlier. No credit Union does that! Thoroughly disappointed in NFCU.

WOW Words cannot explain what a great job Ms. Rebecca is doing at this location. It's so clean I'm here I can eat on the floor and to top it off the customer service is great. THank you Brittany you are doing exceptional too. Remember this The Gift is without repentance. Meaning wherever you go the leader in you goes. You have to step and lead. I know I run run run and always land in the same place. Let ur light shine

Do not open a business account here. There's always a delay in getting access to your money after depositing . What's worse is if you deposit through atm you will not have access to your fund for atleast over a week . Very problematic for business owners who have day to day activities and need access to their funds. They have the worst customer service . They do not try to help. I will be closing my account. They do not deserve our business

We have a personal account and a savings account and our son has a personal account which is linked to ours. We rarely use any of the accounts. Yesterday I went into the bank to deposit $300.00 cash into my sons account. The young lady was very nice and cordial but when she handed me my receipt it was for a cash deposit of $200.00 cash. I immediately reminded her that I had given her three one hundred dollar bills. She kept her cool and picked up a hundred dollar bill from the counter. She said, 'oh, the counter only counted two'. I asked her to correct it and give me the correct receipt. She worked on the computer and finally gave me an additional receipt for $100.00 cash deposit. So, I was given two receipts for one deposit. One receipt for $200.00 and one receipt for $100.00. It makes me wonder how many folks don't check their cash receipts to make sure that their receipt shows the correct amount of their deposit. I'm sure if I had not have noticed it while still at the counter, and gone back in to the bank, they would have told me tough luck, and someone would have pocketed a nice $100.00 bill. People need to be more aware of any paperwork while banking whether it be inside at a teller or outside at an ATM. They can all make mistakes.
