This is quite possibly the worst Michael's I have ever been to. What a waste of time, gas, and energy. Tell me why I drove almost 10 miles to get here in search of a product. A product which I searched online and found that Michael's sold. It clearly stated MICHAEL'S "In store. Pick up today." I wasted gas driving over here to find 0 employees working on the floor. Only the one at the cash register. So I thought, "well let me search for this product myself." Didn't find it and when I asked the employee at the register where I could find it, she very rudely, with the biggest mean girl attitude I have ever heard, says "We don't sell that here." Like what?? Do I need glasses or something? Because what the hell Michael's. Why are you stating you sell something you don't? Is this a way for you to get people into your stores?? And why is no one working there?? No help, no one greeting anyone, not a single helpful person at your store. And I know why. Because you guys are so picky about who you hire. Yea, I've seen your complicated applications. You're real picky. GET SOME HELP. Literally.

I ordered some items for pickup to save some time, and within 15 minutes of placing my order, they cancelled every single one of my items. I know there were 2 out of 13 items that I ordered that said it was low in stock but I highly doubt nothing I ordered was available. Why even offer the pickup option if you're just going to cancel the order one item at a time? I got a bunch of emails that said an individual item was unavailable, which was also annoying because I had to go back and check my order and go back to the cancellation emails to see if ANYTHING was available.

Customer service is terrible. I'm here spending money at their store. I asked to use the restroom and they say it's closed. How rude is that!!! Especially when it's a holiday weekend (Black Friday) I will not be coming back! Manager Cynthia needs to work on her customer service! And so does Remy his service is terrible! That fact that Remy rolled his eyes at me was beyond unacceptable and when acknowledging my concerns to the cashier she has the nerve to ask me if I'm OK , multiple times that everybody deserves a break It's been a long day. Mind you when you're in the customer service field Their are expectations that need to be made. no matter how long it is. But really I'm not going back.

Service was extremely terrible and rude. Went today and saw an older lady trying to return something, most of management started ganging up on her. I saw she was trying to return an item, the employee "helping her" seemed to give a lot of attitude and didn't want to assist her with anything, the employee didn't want to search for an item the customer had to return. So the customer went to go find an item herself and show them that it was still in store. As she came back, what seemed to be the manager, employee, and other worker started raising their voices at the older woman and saying she needs to read the policy and being extremely disrespectful and humiliating the lady in public in front of us other customers. (mind you I've returned items there before without reading the policy and had no issue). However, they completely failed this poor woman. I had left my things and left. Truly was so disappointed with the service.

I recently visited Michael's craft store, and I have to say that while it offers a wide range of art supplies, it left me with mixed feelings. Even with a 20% discount, the prices were noticeably higher compared to other stores like Hobby Lobby, Blicks, or carpe Diem. I purchased Winsor & Newton oil paints, brushes from the 3 series, sculpting wire, PrismaColor colored pencils, fine detail linseed oil, and a sketchbook, which added up to a hefty $145. It's definitely on the expensive side. I usually resort to Michael's when there are no other options, as I typically prefer to order from my favorite online stores due to the cost. Michael's is convenient for a quick shopping trip, but it can be tough on the wallet. I would recommend Hobby Lobby if you're close, but if you want professional quality Blicks, Art Center College of Design (My alma mater), or go online.

Customer service by Sonia and Remy was ABOVE PAR!! They both were eager to help and these days, THAT'S RARE commodity! After today's experience I would recommend shopping at this store!

This wonderful young man " Brian " was so helpful and polite assisting us find a frame to replace a last minute broken one that we have to present to our Monsignor . You saved us a lot of time . Thank you very much Brian. Michael's should have more like you.

If I could give a 0 then I would. But this Michael's is by far one of the worst locations. The only reason I shop at this location is because it is the closest location to me. I gladly shop at other locations when I'm out in another area. Maybe like 2 regular staff members(can't remember their names) are very sweet, helpful, honest. But the management staff is some of the other staff members are rude and walk around not wanting to help. I have tried to stop so many managers, or staff, and as I am asking them a question they are completely walking away and telling me which aisle the item is on not bothering to think of I may need help with anything else. I just called to exchange a product purchased during a promotion and they did not bother to help me at all. Instead they said I can exchange the same item for the same EXACT item( no color change, no style change) the exact same item. If that's the case why in the hell would I want to exchange it for?! Instead they said I have to return it and re-purchase the new product and pay out of pocket. I used to work at Michael's and we never handled situations like this. We always tried to make things right with the customer by price overriding if it's the same item just in a different color. I guess this location lives up to its reputation of being one of the worst locations.

I would like to apologize to the worker assisting me for crying. And for any trouble my daughter and I caused. I was trying to get in line but my 3year old daughter was throwing a fit because she thought we were going to leave. At this point there was no one next in line. A lady then started to get in line and I was trying to signal her that we were next. After the people at the register left. I asked the lady if we could be next and she told me "you weren't in line" so we got in line. It's not a big deal really, it's just I'm a newly single mom who just got out of a domestically abusive marriage. Restraining orders, police reports, etc. it all caught up to me emotionally. Thank you to like 5-6 people that let us be next in line, I looked for a name of the receipt to shout out the worker who rang me up but there was none so thank you greatly.

A sales lady " Liz "at the fabric counter was incredibly mean and cold. I wanted get a couple of yard of Easter Fabric but unfortunately there was only 37inches left. I thought she would just give me all but no! She was going to cut 1inch off. I said " Can you just leave it?" She said "NO, I need to charge you for it!" I was surprised and said "Wow, you have to cut exactly? not even a inch more?" Any fabric store always cut extra couple of inches for customers. If it was not the last piece, I would not say anything but it was the end piece. She probably throw away the piece but she said to me " it is not your business!" I stopped arguing with her. How miserable she is to enjoy being mean to the customer!

Waited in line for almost 20 minutes. This poor girl on register is by herself. Asking for her managers help and they're both absolutely useless to her one of them just leaving her with a line of 10+ people. Not an experience I'm looking forward to. Glad that everyone in line was patient knowing it wasn't her fault.

There's a UPS drop off inside of Michaels and I couldn't find the ups drop off Yelp so I'm putting a review in Michaels reviews. Stacey helped me right away. Stacey was amazing helping me to figure it out my multiple boxes that were duplicated In labels from Macys in order for my shipment to be sent out correctly! Thanks Stacey for helping me with my ups boxes.
