What time do you all open. Your website says 10am and it’s now 10:30am and the door is closed and no one is there. Adjust your business hours pls so customers are not waiting outside waiting for you all to open.

I recently bought a new phone and needed it activated at the Metro store. I went after work to the closest one by my house on Amar road which said it closed at 7 pm.
I arrived at 6 pm to see the store was closed with the lights and doors shut. Not sure if this store is always closed early or just that day. There was no sign saying they would be open again for that day.
So i had to drive to another location which was open on Azusa. I would call to make sure they are open .

I forget the name of the young lady that helped me, but this store is very efficient, friendly & fast. I love that they explained things in detail. This store rocks compared to the other franchise MetroPCS stores I've been too!

Great Service. Very helpful. I would recommend this metro retailer location to my friends and family. Agelene was awesome and provided the best help. I've been to MANY Metro stores, and this is the best.

Thanks to Angelina and Claudia! Walked in there immediately was greeted by both and helped me get my moms dinosaur phone back working. Definitely a pleasure to work with them! Thank you for providing me with excellent customer service. Went in to swap a SIM card from an iPhone 12 mini to an iPhone 12.Advertised price was $20 for transfer. At the end of the process the young representative named Valle informed me that my total charges will be $32 and change. Which is extremely confusing to me. After calling Customer Service I was informed that Vale added a seven dollar insurance plan without my consent. My seven dollars was credited back to my account. I spoke to another rep at the same store who told me that this is not true, that they do not benefit from adding insurance onto the account. Yeah I don’t think that the Rep over the phone with a lying as she credited me seven dollars. I will be tracking down the owner of this branch to notify of the situation as this is not cool and young people starting off their working career should understand how to provide proper pricing before starting service just like any other industry. I Would not put up with a mechanic Cody me $150 for an oil change and then after service telling me it came up to 300. Not happy

Deal's on new phone's are better for new customers only ! Old customers get only a small discount. It's time to switch to a better phone company!!! For those that would like to know. They asked for my email so they could make things right and help me out. I gave it to them and never heard back. They're try to act like they care but all they want is your money and once they have it good luck getting help from them. I will buy a new phone but not here.
