The girls on Azusa ave from Azusa ave store are Amazing,but the Indian guy who works on the.Citrus ave store Is no good.
I think he was more interested on his commission than help tge customers.

This place has a lot of improvement to do. For starters you need to get rid of your staff that instead of opening on time at 10am. Today Tuesday 8/15/23 opened nearly 1100 am. Customers were already waiting. and the attitude from this couple (man and girlfriend) treated people with disrespect. Which is a lot of undesirable attitude to keep customers, whom btw are the main source of income for your establishment.I observed the young couple mistreat an elderly gentleman whom looked as if he was waiting for a while. He was taking care of after other customers. That in itself could be established as elder abuse and discrimination.I'm a fraud investigator and would hate to initiate an investigation on your establishment.Please fix your business and get rid of those two unqualified people to run your business. I'm not telling how to run your business. I'm just alerting you to what those two represent for you in future times.

I went to a T Mobile in Monterey Park. The sales rep had the nerve to say to go to Best Buy. I said, "I know where to go." This Metro PCS had what I needed. This was my second time here. I definitely will come here again.

What's the point of promoting 3-day extensions when we can not even find where to click for an extension? Metro pcs has made it completely difficult along with the hassle of a store not being open until 10 am.

I bought a new phone at this store. I came in there 7 days later to return it because it was awful. However, while they normally have a 14-day return policy on new phones they said since this was an "upgrade" there weren't any returns at all, despite the fact the phone was still brand new and there was no issue with the condition at all. This policy is extremely misleading as anyone would expect to be able to return an item in the original condition and the fact that it was still new made it very confusing. I should be able return it and now I want to cancel my service because this is awful.

Very bad service, the girl Jocely asked her how much the case and the glass screen cost me and she didn't tell me until I had already paid the amount she gave me the receipt and I noticed that she charged me $32.78 for each item and I asked her why she had charged me Even if I asked her first about the pressures and the girl didn't know how to answer, she just gave me the phone number and said thank you ??
