To be honest we were hesitant because of the cost of this full time preschool. Our daughter was technically a Covid baby and doesn’t have much family around her age. We enrolled her in dance lessons but there’s not much one on one time between her and the kids. So it wasn’t enough. I noticed her anxiety was getting worse and needed to do something more for her. More exposure to the world and definitely more socializing with kids her own age. I passed by this location a few times a week and thought I’d take a tour. I’m glad I did. It was a tough 3 months of her getting use to morning drop off. I cried every morning with her but I knew this is something we both needed. I gave up my career to be a stay at home mom with her when Covid hit. She was only use to me. Cut to 4 months in, our daughter is a COMPLETELY different little girl. Confident, outgoing, spelling her name on her own, wanting to practice school activities at home, making friends, talking to teachers and staff. She wouldn’t have had the confidence or bravery if it wasn’t for this school and it’s amazing staff. Especially Ms. Teresa, Ms. Destiny, Ms. Kim, and the director Ms. Amanda. The patience these woman have, unmatched. Thank you for assisting us in getting our baby girl out into the world and out of her little Covid bubble. This school is prestine in cleanliness, and the meals are nutritious and prepared by a veteran in the school lunch world. We see you Ms. Antoinette! We appreciate everyone who has made Bowie’s little life more enriched in the last few months. Thank you! Thank you! ?

Kindercare is the best daycare I have toured and my kids have been attending since the beginning of covid. I trust the staff and they're always soo respectful and have great communication with you.

I didn't realize the value of this day care until there was a chance that we were going to move away. I found out about KinderCare through my job which offers 10% off Kindercare. At first I skipped this KinderCare on Yelp due to the star rating, but I found myself desperate to find a daycare without a waitlist and they happened to have 2 openings! I also noticed that the lower ratings were 5-6 years ago and all the reviews thereafter were 5 stars.My son started in the infant classroom and has been attending here for 6 months. He loves it! I am very grateful for this Kindercare for the following reasons:-the teachers care about my child, are invested in his development, and show him a LOT of love -there is food provided and the menus are posted. This is a life saver since we don't have the chance to meal prep as full time working parents. The meals are generally healthy and nutritious.-convenient location and hoursIf I were to give constructive feedback it would be regarding the entries in the app... teachers are not always consistent with entering food, sleep, etc. I started to ask for a verbal review of his naps and last bottle before my baby got on a routine. Other daycares don't have an app, so I am at least grateful for a platform to get updates and photos of my baby.Thank you Kindercare! The teachers and director make this place what it is and I'm super grateful for them!

Merced kindercare is fantastic! From the administrative staff to the teachers, everyone is kind, caring, and passionate about childcare and education. I've been taking my 3 year old there since he was 2 and my 1 year old since she was 5 months old and I trust their teachers 100%. As a busy working parent I can work with peace of mind that they are in good hands and know they are learning the skills they need to learn at their age. Thank you Ms Charlene, Ms Sabrina, Ms Letty, Ms Kim, and Ms Amanda. You are all my angels sent from above.

My grandchildren have been attending this center for a year. The staff communicates very well, not to mention the amazing care they give to my grandchildren. No matter what time of the day I go the staff always makes me feel welcomed the hospitality is something I always loved about them. My grandchildren love coming and always look forward to seeing their teachers every morning.

I have sent my children here for the past 5 years now and can honestly say that I can trust that my children are in the best care. All the teachers have shown compassion and kindness to my children while teaching them social skills needed for school.My youngest son is currently in the infant room and struggled to adjust when he started attending. He was 8 months and refused bottles. His teachers went above and beyond to make sure he was fed and happy. One teacher even went to target to get a new bottle for him to try (thank you ms. Alicia!)! I am happy to say that he is now thriving in class and is so excited to see his teachers every day ( shoutout to his amazing teachers ms. Sabrina, ms. Charlene, and ms. Alexis!). The director, ms. Amanda, is incredible. She is approachable and is always willing to help in any way she can. She keeps the center spotless and adorable making it an inviting place for kids to be. Ms. Catherine is also amazing. She keeps order and genuinely loves my kids. These ladies (and ms. Laura who is fantastic too!) run a tight ship and are the best leaders. They work well together which gives the center its positive feeling. We love you kindercare!

My kids have been attending Kinder Care since infants up to the school age class room. My oldest is now 7 years old and still attends for after school program/activities. The center provides both drop off and pick up services for schools near their location (West Covina) As a full time working parent the convenience, hospitality and over all trust I have built with my center staff is truly the best quality. The interaction the instructors have with all students/infants is so comfprting and welcoming. My kids are truly happy with their teachers and the bond they have with them all. So very casting, loving and affectionate wirh each and every one of the kids. I am very happy and pleased with Kinder care Merced.. exceptional experience and service

My son and daughter has been going here since they were little and I love the vibe of the place, always happy employees and making sure our kids are taking care of, if you have any concerns they will take care of the issues you have, they listen and understand everything that is going on and will beyond for you. I am so blessed to have found the best daycare for my kids, I love everyone that works there and appreciate all they do.

My son started in the 2 year old room and went thru the 4's. He loved it there and I knew he was safe. The teachers kept me updated on his day each day. My daughter currently attends KinderCare is in the 3's and started in the infant room. I love receiving pictures throughout my day. Makes me feel better and I know she is safe. I love how they do actual school work curriculum with the students, fun art activities and she is fed breakfast, lunch and snack. So I don't have to worry about packing her food. The teachers in her room truly are there for the kids. Ms. Kim is the best! I recommend KinderCare to anyone who needs child care.

I been taking my kids to this location for about 1 an half years since COVID had started my original daycare closed down and they love it there the teachers are so nice very friendly the Director is awesome I appreciate them very much cause without them I would've had to stop working Thank you guys

love love love ! Merced kinder care. As a parent I love that I can drop my 3 little ones off and have peace of mind while I am at work.The staff is so care caring, nurturing, and attention to detail in regards to my children behavior or overall being.They stimulate my kids and help them grow. my children come home with art work or activities that they worked on everyday. At pick up my kids are always happy. Another plus is that they have an app and update multiple times a day with pictures of what my kids are doing, potty break, duration of naps, snacks, and meals . The staff is always happy, helpful, professional, and most important caring! I absolutely would recommend anyone looking for a safe, compassionate, trusting, stimulating daycare to try out Merced Kinder care.

I didn't like it , They have a bully, who happens to be the son of the assistant director..what does that tell you. He was picking on a little girl. It was time to get her out. Be careful. It may be a problem for others. Good luck.

The staff is very friendly however this facility clearly needs more caregivers/teachers. Cant find anyone in front office in morning or evening. Too many students, not enough staff.
